@gautamrawat2805 from starting I am doing this method only but I am training in 8 - 12 rep range ..i increase the weight when I Get 12 rep in all 3 sets but most people use 2 one in my gym as well so I was very confused regarding this ... And I have completed 9 month in gym but my muscle mass is not that much as compared to strength and I need muscle mass now btw are you a trainer?
@@kunalrawat702 just cut down ur 3rd set and stick to 4-8 rep range and enjoy ur gains. Uh don't need to exceed beyond 8 reps (if uh are healthy enough)that will just cause fatigue and will slow down in ur recovery.
@@kunalrawat702 no there is no such thing, that certain rep range build muscle and some dosen not this myth has been debunked over and over again don't fall for this trap Any rep range can build muscle if the set have those last few stimulating reps that creates mechanical tension, and low rep and heavy load do provide that MT and strength benefit at the same time.
