Damn, dude. Ghost Recon Wildlands was just a game, not a blueprint.
This happens all the time. People just dont pay attention.
The coup didn't even last as long as a playthrough of that game. The general who attempted this coupe was about to be fired... and apparently with cause looking at how (luckily) poorly executed this was.
I was thinking the same thing and came to find this comment.

In 2023, Bolivia severed diplomatic ties with Israel again in response to its war in Gaza, which resulted in the deaths of over 8,500 Palestinians. This decision was seen as a strong condemnation of Israel’s actions and a show of solidarity with the Palestinian people. Bolivia’s President Luis Arce urged the United Nations Security Council to “prevent the genocide of the Palestinian people and pave a definitive solution for Palestine to exercise its right to self-determination”.

Bolivian President Luis Arce successfully thwarted an attempted coup led by the army's general commander, Juan José Zúñiga, on Wednesday.
Heavily armed troops in armored vehicles forcefully entered the government palace in La Paz, but President Arce confronted Zúñiga directly, demanding the withdrawal of soldiers.
Arce called on the public to "organize and mobilize" in defense of democracy, and the newly appointed army chief, José Wilson Sánchez, ordered the troops to return to their bases.
After about four hours, the soldiers withdrew from the main square. Zúñiga was later arrested, and a criminal investigation has been launched.
President Arce announced new heads of the army, navy, and air force, and emphasized his commitment to upholding democracy amidst Bolivia's political and economic turmoil.

What does the minister of Presidency do? Take care of the President?
Seems like another term for Prime Minister
Different meaning in their spanish language.
Let me be clear, the spanish language has many meanings for 1 word. Depends what spanish country you are refering to. Ministro could mean Administration in this case.
@@vectorfox4782 Either Prime Minister or the President's Chief of Staff, someone in charge of everything and every person .... in terms of what or who gets to see or meet with the president.
We can Google it up, but I think it's more comparable to a Presidential CHIEF of staff, the most powerful person --- most trusted --- in his/her cabinet because that office, that person, again, determines who gets to see & talk to the president on a hourly basis, 24/7...
You have to have power delegated, in trusted manner among loyal people, that way so the president doesn't have to deal with every person in every meeting, on every issue, on an improvised basis.
Of course, our genius leader, Trump in the US --- working with Jesus and his Dad, in the sky ---- has no problem dealing with dozens of things at once; but his IQ is 350, so multi-tasking's no problem for him. Most other presidents can't do what Trump is capable of... So they delegate power among a few trusted senior advisors.
i was wondering that also
As per ChatGPT: This minister typically acts as a close advisor to the President and is responsible for coordinating various aspects of government policy and administration.
