    So apparently I made a mistake! You can easily change the quick settings menu by double tapping each function as pointed out by Junooo in the comments! This makes this even better!

    Hi, I'm planning to use either this or the 7inch version for a Non AF camera and very fast lenses. Ideally I want to avoid having to magnify just to make sure I am really hitting focus. So u reckon this will do or would you prefer the 7inch in this application? We tested the weight distribution on our gimbal with a same size7 inch LED Panel and it doesn't seem to bother us.

The Feelworld LUT6 seems to have what I need but I am wondering if it will be able to function as a replacement for my 6D's "Live View". • @JoseWela
      @JoseWela 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm having this isue, and it's specially annoying since I bought it because it's supposed to be anHDR capable monitor, but using HLG profile on the A7III with the HDR option of the monitor active delivers a terrible image quality. :(
      I managed to configure the image reducing contrast and adding brightnes so the image doesn't look that bad, but if I change the color profile, I have to change the brightness / contrast parameters also, which is annoying

    I'm wondering how you keep making amazing videos like these when trolls like Camara Conspiracies have recently stated "I tested the Canon R5 and R6 thoroughly. They are not good for video. " Unsure if I should believe paid pro filmmakers with years of experience? Or wannabe-comedian/vloggers who don't know how to colour grade or shoot in anything other than full auto modes in noon hour sun. Hmmmm.
    🤣
    Great video as always. You guys have some amazing looking sunsets/sunrises where you live!

    • @damiencooper
      @damiencooper  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      well, I've actually seen some of his videos. And I 'll be honest he does make some valid points here and there. He shoots full auto. That's what he does and that's what he needs. The R5 doesn't work well apparently when it comes to auto exposure in video. he also cranks out lots of videos with really fast turn arounds. The transcoding on the R5 sucks for this too! Just like an Arri Alexa LF wouldn't be the perfect camera for me as it is really unpractical for what I do :D

    • @77dris
      @77dris 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@damiencooper What's interesting is Camera Conspiracies made a video about the A7SIII about 2 weeks before getting the R5. In it he noticed that the A7SIII exposed for the sky and left him in complete shadow. He then literally said "hmm, this is apparently how auto exposure is supposed to work I guess, this is great! I'm going to leave it like this".
      Then 2 weeks later, he literally spent 4 videos complaining that the R5 did the exact same thing and called it a "cripple".
      Before getting the R5/R6 he spent a month or two with clickbait about the overheating issue. When he finally got the cameras to use, after 2 weeks of using the R5 and R6 never overheated on him once and said it just "wasn't an issue". A week after returning the cameras he then made a video about how the overheating was an issue and a "constant pain to deal with".
      He spent the last 2 years shooting in 1080 mode up until he got the R5 and R6, then complained that the 4K was hard to edit. In fact, he tried to say even the 1080 on these cameras was difficult. LOL.
      He's the most clickbaity TH-camr I've seen next to Angry Photographer and all his vidoes have looked the same over the past 2 years whether he used a gopro or A7SIII and that's not a good thing. He literally attacks people in his comment section in a very snarky way. His "real life" personality is pretty much the exact opposite of what he is like on camera.
