Man most of your trees took it like a champ. I'm glad to see your big oak in the front made it through that's a beautiful tree.

RIP bananas. I feel bad about your starfruit-- those guys hate the wind.

I remember when Irma shot a lightning strike down onto a tree in someone’s yard and to this day the tree still didn’t come back I believe it was a positive strike

I live in Lehigh Acres Fl. Irma's eye came right over me near as I can guess 130 mph. winds. Scary stuff, tipped my Banana's and the roots are ripped out of the ground, 2 mango trees tipped to the ground. Restaked and died. Valencia and Glenn. Lost my 12' Pomegranate, My15' Barbados cherry pushed to the ground and Cracked the trunk down the middle. and an Avocado tree, Picked all of citrus. Tipped one royal palm and ripped or twisted off all frans. and ripped every leaf off my star fruit. 3 Arbors ripped out of the ground. My Fl flame Mexican flame destroyed. My milk weed stood the test but my 30 or so butterfly's have mysteriously disappeared. Imagine being a butterfly in a Hurricane! 8 days w/o power. The pergolas I build in the yard out of 4x4's stood valiantly so I am in the process of rebuilding my arbors out of 4x4's all my rubber trees did the 30 degree tilt. All my pygmy palms and spiral palms fared well. but every decorator butterfly bush and hibiscus etc is doing a 30 degree tilt. Funny I'm not talking about my Lanai screens, soffits cracked ceiling, bent flag pole. or garage doors SO SAD.
