Somalia literally has everything, as much oil as Kuwait (look it up), natural gas, green gas (recently found), gold, more offshore oil, an entire city made of salt, diamonds in the north east, fishing industry alone worth half a billion dollars, wind power (potential) and don't forget their geopolitical strategic location hence why they are the way they are. iykyk.
