One of my first strong Belgian beers and courtesy of the mixed case from Lidl. I didn't like this one, I bloody loved it! Sweet and strong and a lot going on in between. Keep up the good work.
I've had a lot of belgian beers , most of them were pretty strong in abv and Piraat seemed decent to me , but it did not stand out and it was not great. I dont know why , but I dont seem to enjoy beers from this brewery , so far all of them lacked a bit in flavor.

There are many better belgian beers than that. But i admit I also buy the same case from Lidl because it is the cheapest option for belgian beer ;)
At 10.5% it's pretty pokey! Good review of this lively ale! I'd have to take this one slowly! 😀😀
