After facing various trials, at this point in the story, the Israelites are ready to dedicate the wall and its gates to the Lord. This dedication is a great celebration accompanied by much music and joy. Although the dedication is a celebration, it is also a ritual cleansing or purification. Join us today as we explore the dedication of the wall and spend some time considering purification in a wider sense.
