nah, when he was rethreading the wheel there was a bag of brand new spokes on the ground next to his foot, lol. Also I'm pretty sure he switched out the rims. I'm not saying it was a bad restoration, in fact it was a great restoration, but he needs to be more honest in his videos. There's nothing wrong with having to replace old parts with new ones so there's no need to mislead use into thinking he's reusing the spokes and rim when they are infact brand new spokes and rims.

Сколько не смотрю разных роликов по реставрациям. Они прежде где-то что-то находят, потом реставрируют. Балин! Вопрос возникает сам по себе, а может авторы раскидывают это сами уже раскуроченное, на годик, чтобы это при их климате проржавело так, чтобы потом было что реставрировать!

Короче это жесть! Вилка не обслужена и осталась полным ригидом. Я думал её сменят, но увы. Все резьбовые не смазаны. Просто внешне красивый, а на деле велосипед на 2 из 10 по реставрации, ну за красоту на 3.

Я думаю, что скупают в пункте сбора металлолома, а потом для видео просто кидают в заросли. Конечно же видео вначале постановочное. Но велосипед дешёвый, типа ашанбайка - это смешно, что в него столько труда вложили, разве что есть коллекционеры на это чудо. Детали тоже так себе, китайская копия Шимано RD-TY20 убьется через пару лет, да и оригинал как по мне был не фонтаном. Красить старую звёздочку - ну не знаю, дешевле купить новую. Вообще, думаю, что можно было туда поставить 10 скоростную систему. Втулка стоит непонятная, но если там BSA сиандарт, то Hollowtech II туда станет.

I have a fuji, 3 years old, kept in the house, didn't come apart this easily. I had to grind the cranks off one side, and that was after dousing with WD40 and various penetrating oils ( like they all don't penetrate )
This dood has the magic.
