I have seen a few Humber bicycles. sold by Hunters in Colombo. My uncle used to buy new bike every 3 or 4 years, they all came with metal mudguards ,full chain case, Black in colour . Metal rims too.

You need a headset cups extractor tool. Make it from a piece of pipe.
And crown race installation tool, and headset cups pressing tool.
Using a hammer you can damage something.
