With respect, I would like to forewarn your viewers that Blendjet issued a recall of the Blendjet 2 at the end of 2023. My personal Blendjet was subject to this recall in January 2024 and Blendjet advised they would replace the base upon evidence that the base seal was destroyed thus making the product inoperable. I cut my seal in to 3 pieces as instructed and provided the photographic evidence to Blendjet who agreed to replace the base by the end of March 2024. This didn't happen. They then indicated I would receive my new base by the end of June 2024. This didn't happen either. We are now approaching the end of August 2024 and Blendjet now refuse to say when (if ever) I will receive my replacement base. To rub salt in to the wound, they are still selling the Blendjet 2 but refuse to replace my faulty product with one of the new ones. Might I suggest that potential purchasers look at buying the Ninja Blast which is similar to the Blendjet 2 and has received favourable reviews. Thank you.
