By far one of the most beautiful and emotional anime I have seen. There's a feeling of mirth and happiness throughout the show how everyone's happy with the way they are living in that world. This anime was amazing enough to make me cry at the ending. 10/10 for sure, a masterpiece of its genre

I watched this anime quite a long time ago, and when I'd almost finished Steins;Gate for the second time, I went for a break and the tune just started playing there, I tried to remember what it what it was from, skimming through all the memories of other anime themes/tunes in my head and then it dawned on me, and in my head the string bit started playing and it was the best anime theme remembrance moment ever.
This anime had such heartfelt writing put into it that it tops almost any other anime out there. There's no way not to cry at the end. And then when you add one of the best pieces of music as its soundtrack like this it unbelievable. Thank you for making this anime and making this a song that I can listen to and remember the the anime.
That's precisely it, It was originally supposed to be over 20 episodes. The visual novel is coming in 2014 so maybe we can expect a remake or something later on.
The Delinquent Gamers well, the visual novel is about everything before Otonashi, so it would be a prequel. I can't wait, I hope it gives more development for characters like Shiina.

Even when the makers of angel beats got so many requests to make a second season, why do you think they didn't. Cause there is no reason to. They didn't make angel beats to entertain you, they made it to show you in a 'teenager' way that life is worth living in any way. If you haven't seen them yet, try Clannad and Clannad After Story, which is the best anime I have ever seen. Kanon is good too, but it feels a little rushed at the end. Air T.V. I've heard is good, but the animation is a little, low-budget for lack of a better term. I didn't get interested because I couldn't keep the characters straight. There's also Little Busters. Not quite as emotionally powerful, but it's still worth watching.

did you know ? angel beats whas ment to have 28 episodes? but a tsunami hit so they had to cancel the airing and because off the sponsors , they lost their work that they build into this, the scene at the end off the credit whas all that remained intact so they put it in the credit for a new possible season 2 :) , key sponsors said they gonna try revive angel beats when little busters ends ! nothing is official and it might take another year if not they kept going from the visual novel and manga, hope this helps for all your angel beats fans across the world ! -LOVE- (ps: bad grammar i know)

Before this anime i was like Naoi in a way when they first met him but then i actually grew a heart sucks that my parents were lost just as my life was turning around but im not sad this show taught me that they lived a fulfilling life and that i should do the same no matter what happens in the future i wont be mad but have a joy that all my life i was lucky to have what i owned and loved because in this world it takes to much to stay mad and you'll lose track of what you really want to see.
Damn haven’t heard this song in years and 30 seconds in im already starting to cry. Never seen an anime that was so funny but had some of the most heartbreaking gut punches. A true classic.

This show had one of the most amazing endings in anime that i know. There is no need to continue. It was the end of that story. But instead i want a second season that is a prequel to the first season. I want to know more about the characters and how they got there. Also i'd love to see some stuff from the manga as an anime adaption as well.
How about a remake? The damn anime was a big 12 episode rush. Maybe next time a remake with atleast 24 episodes of more of growing on the characters and learning more about their pasts and how they died.
