I assume that she did see Mob on picture group and she guess that Mob would come for love advice as well. If Ritsu was in Reigen's shoes, he would definitely give an advice to go into Mob favor, not on Tsubomi's favor. It's basically a con move to control result in their profit favor. (A conman gained more fame by controlling the result.) But, Reigen is not like that. Reigen actually give free advice for their favor to decide for themselves.
Teru is always popular, not just with the kids on his school, but when he arrived on the counter strike psychic force meeting or whatever everyone was like OhHHHh Terusan. He is charming, talented, smart, composed, everything. He just doesn't have absurd power like Mob, claw boss or shou.

There's so much beauty in this dynamic, Ritsu hiding because he loves his brother and him being there will reveal Mob works for Reigan, Reigan and Teru not questioning why he's hiding, Teru checking up Ritsu, and Reigan being a teen help hotline.

100% Thinking that Tsubomi was testing out Reigen as a person. She knows mob likes her, and tried looking out for him by testing Reigen. If Reigen knew mob liked her, and if he gave her advice that would be obviously geared towards helping Mob with his relationship with her rather than actual relationship advice, then it would reveal if Reigen was either a person she can trust Mob with, or a person who manipulates things to his own self interest and outcomes. Quite frankly though, it might be an overanalysis on my end.
I'm pretty sure the next scene is her saying that it was a test to make sure that the advice wasn't a scam. it doesn't confirm your theory but I would say it definitely is in support

Honestly, Takane seems very cunning. There is something off about her, but not enough to call her out for ANYTHING. When a character doesnt sit well with you, thats a red flag. I dont know why her character bother me so much..i dont dislike her, but i dont trust her..but she havent done anything to make me NOT trust her?
Maybe it's the fact that we don't know much about her that we're not sure what she's actually thinking. Mob barely ever interacts with her which gives her much less screentime and we start to doubt the validity of his crush on her, since MC's crush tends to be an important and often used character in a series, but Takane is sorta an enigma hidden behind the popular girl label. Even though we can't be sure what she's actually like, at least she's not the annoying type.
Himm Booxer I feel like she’s also a personified metaphor for the things Mob wishes to achieve in his life. Everything connected to Takane is also connected to other traits that Mob wishes to have, like being cunning, athletic and self confident. It’s a great way to represent his motivation, even though I do believe his crush on her is shallow.

It’s funny that Reigan has all these skills like relationship advice and he is good at massages, but he has this job as a psychic and he is really not skilled at this job anyway because he doesn’t have any powers he only relies on mob to do his job for him. But I really liked this anime it was a pretty good series can’t wait for season 3
As i can see, this girl Tsubomi is extremely smart and much mature than she seems like, because in seconds she was able to think in a lie, that can test Reigen, and see what kind of person he is, why? well, at the beginning of the scene she is totally calm, maybe she knew that Mob works there, but what is seen is that when she saw mob in the image, she deduced that Mob and Reigen have a close relationship, so, clinging to the fact that Mob is in love with her, she put in test Reigen by pressing him by telling that she is in love and she is going to declare, with that she puts Reigen against the ropes and that would make him nervous, since he knows that he must do something to prevent mob from losing the girl, then with that she knows that she will know if Reigen is a manipulator if he tells her something predictable like that the boy she is in love with, doesn't love her and there is someone who does or something similar, so in the end she says that since he did not say anything it is fine, remember she thought all that up in seconds, this girl is much more than she seems

As i can see, this girl Tsubomi is extremely smart and much mature than she seems like, because in seconds she was able to think in a lie, that can test Reigen, and see what kind of person he is, why? well, at the beginning of the scene she is totally calm, maybe she knew that Mob works there, but what is seen is that when she saw mob in the image, she deduced that Mob and Reigen have a close relationship, so, clinging to the fact that Mob is in love with her, she put in test Reigen by pressing him by telling that she is in love and she is going to declare, with that she puts Reigen against the ropes and that would make him nervous, since he knows that he must do something to prevent mob from losing the girl, then with that she knows that she will know if Reigen is a manipulator if he tells her something predictable like that the boy she is in love with, doesn't love her and there is someone who does or something similar, so in the end she says that since he did not say anything it is fine, remember she thought all that up in seconds, this girl is much more than she seems

There are dozens of compilation channels that do that, so why is it so hard for you to do it? You're already stealing Japanese cartoons and posting them on the internet so you might as well steal a better channel's video format as well. Are you trying to stand out and be different? Well putting shitty rock music over heavily editied clips and calling it a compilation instead of an AMV is not the way to do it, and having the clips heavily edited in the first place while labeling it as Anime Compilation doesn't give the audience an accurate representation of what the anime actually is or what it has to offer, it's just a bunch of one second clips with stuff happening so fast that we can't even tell what's happening.
