Also, uru starts melting at temperatures above 50thousand Kelvin.
In that scene, it was stated that all of the power of neutron star is to be re-directed (focused) at uru in order to melt it. Therefore we can safely assume that 50thousand Kelvin temp for some 5-10 or more minutes is required to melt it or if you want to melt it quickly then atleast 50k+( like say 1-2 lakh Kelvin) temperature would be req.
Now, in ZSJL, it was clearly shown that Kryptonian metal doesn't even melt at 35lakh( 3.5million ) Kelvin temperatures. It just gets super hot !
And in Man of Steel, sups has cut that same kryptonian metal like butter. Therefore its very evident that in order to do so, his heat vision should atleast be more than 35lakh Kelvin. And the upper limit of his heat vision is still unknown but it's clearly 3.5-4million Kelvin for now.
