- Popcorn has never been a fan of the vet, but we still took him every year for his annual check up. As a result, he lived a long and happy life. Unfortunately, he crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 28, 2017.

The vet tech was doing her thing. No hesitation, no jumpiness. Cats wriggling around are very hard to handle. She is a pro.

I had an all white male American Persian named Willow very similar in looks to this cat. Same big beautiful face. A big bruiser of a guy. Weighed 17lbs in his prime with big muscles and paws. Unlike the fella in this video he was a gentle giant and I loved him dearly for almost twenty years. When it was his time it was like losing a family member. Because he was family to me. I hope the kitty in this video also has a long healthy life. It looks like he's off to a good start.

I have that gloves for welding. I didn't know that it's actually for handling killer cat.
On the other side, I used to have to use almost exactly the same gloves when working with a -80°c freezer: bare flesh can easily 'weld' itself to the stainless steel racks and boxes inside, within seconds, at those temperatures ...

I have 10 year old cat. It's wild in hospital. She bit us many times. It's very difficult to handle her in hospital. At home she is lovely.
