1/4/24 8:30 pm. Thank you for these videos . I’m new at this . Still trying to understand it all. Have a Cambridge CXN V2 . I’m told it’s a good quality piece, but today I ordered yours because of your videos and the fact that things seem easier . All I want to do is to use WiFi to play all my music from my iPod touch so that I can get rid of the hard wire ( usb ) connection, ( can’t stand Bluetooth) . Because I play music from TH-cam Music , Amazon music and Apple Music Library on my touch , I find it quiet difficult how to achieve wireless. But I think your vid’s will help get me started. It’s understanding the connections and apps and what can and can’t be played that is so challenging. Se’an a.k.a Gertrude.
I have an office and would like to remotely play and control the music being played in the office. Does this streamer suffice or I will need additional products? Please let me know thanks.
Good day. Please to connect to wifi wilessly must my Acrylic be close to me, if not how can I connect to it when is in the control room while am in the bar?
the device should be connected on internet than place to the area you like the music to be played. (sure this need internet all time ) if you use Wi-Fi connection make sure Wi-Fi waves are full on the control room. you can connect internet to this device via Lan cable or Wi-Fi network. in the moment that device have internet than it will be playing all time. after that connect Acylic to sound system , control Alyric with App like im doing to the video. So you don't have to be closer all time to device
What is the effect if I will download the app 4stream not only smartphone but if I have a Android TV Box or a Android TV, would it work on both instead of use by Smartphone?
From my YT research into these 2 *sofar)... De WiiM Mini has a better DAC build in than the S10 has. So better quality audio. And the Mini can work with an external DAC if you want (say if your amp has an spdif input).
@@FlexDRG I bought the Acrylic S10, finally got it working. But then I found at Aliexpress a nice DAC, Amp and streamer with app. Sounds great. But, then, I found the factory who made these, but new models, 2x60 and 2x120 watts with Sabre DAC chips. I am talking for some samples and later retail agency...
I'm sorry, but your video is very confusing. I can't understand how you are pairing the device with your WiFi, you just bobble through this very critical part and don't explain any of the steps in an orderly fashion.
Brother im sorry that i didnt explain like you expected , can you please install the app that im saying on the video? Than this app software will make posible connection between streamer and wifi , this is what im explaing on 11:01 Its easy brother , if you need my support write me email on tips2fix@gmail.com
@@Tips2Fix You are very kind. I've seen the app already installed on my customer's iPad, and there is so much "other stuff" populating on the app that it's difficult to know what-is-what. I believe you are right regarding "install the app", from there I'm sure it will make sense. I will load it on my personal iPad and "start over", with any luck, I will figure out which device is which and get them to pair. The original system was set up to stream Direct-TV audio from an audio-rack mounted device and patched in via 1/8" jack to "AUX IN" on an S10 box, that device introduces the Direct-TV audio to the network, then an S50 connects to the network and streams that audio to a yard-deployed amplifier (100 watt) to outdoor speakers. Of course, this is a very fragile system and I've never seen it until yesterday, I had no clue as to how it was originally set up, but I must learn fast in order to help my client.

Can l connect it to an external dac via the USB???
Hi, can I use the USB to connect it to my integrated amp (CA CXA81)?
Which is better? The Acrylic S10 or the Wiim Pro (plus or mini)?
