The oil leak is definitely not from there.. It's leaks from spark plug drain hole (there is special hole in the head)...And then oil goes down to this cover and looks like oil from this cover...
exactly I read that like a ton of times, I was just like KhaoticRideRR at the end of my thoughts with this ,but its just something I guess you have too deal with just like the overheating in some cases. I can totally relate with you KhaoticRideRR but NeroV4Power is absolutely right its the Spark Plug Drain hole.
@@ruhehier9 I had this problem twice this summer. The first time then I changed the o-rings I didn't use the sealant. Second time I changed the o-rings and I used the sealant so hopefully it will last longer. I just don't understand, all Aprilia v4 engines have this problem but they still haven't found any solution...😊
Is there a specific torque sequence pattern for the cover bolts? I know rhe torque specs at 8.9flbs. Also did AF1 provide the silicon or did you use rtv? Im having the same issue as well. Thanks for the help im also doing myself as my dealership is 3 hours away for a 21.99 gasket.
I'm going to be straight with you dude, I went ahead and just bought a new stator. No leaks since. Also I did the 8.9ftlbs and broke two bolts 🤬 I bought the Tree Bound silicone, the gasket didn't work for me.
@@khaoticriderr2099 dam that's crazy the bolts broke? Yea I've decided I'm going to just take it to AF1 to fix the leak after reading on the forum about basically what you're experiencing with the grommet for the stator?
@khaoticriderr2099 where did you order the new stator. Mine is leaking still from grommet. It's very soft and spongy. I sealed the stator 4 times even used gasket from af1 and it still leaking

did that job..its still leaking ..not much,,but its leaking ..gonna try the stator
i just had a leak 320 miles in the shop told me it happens almost all 21 models it might be the gasket and the filter that is where my is leaking
Then why don't they check them before they leave. My 2023 is in the shop after 200 miles
@@GenghisKhan311 Same here. 2023 with 250 miles -> oil leak from the clutch side
I had the same just pop the stator cover off clean both faces and apply some gasket sealant and pop back on this solved mine with no problems at all
I got the same exact leak and another leak at the lower oil pan

@motomike_9983 I ordered my stator from the dealer seacoast cycles NH. Here's the bad news: it took 1 1/2 months to get it
How much time it takes to change the stator gasket?
Yo también tuve ese fallo lo repare muy fácil limpiar todo muy bien y por dentro de la junta de los cables nural 21
Aprilia is an expensive toy.
Did your warranty expire?
Unfortunately, I had the bike tuned, so it voided the warranty 😕
