I have some very poor drying paints. They can't form bone dry films itself. I can solve this problem, just add a small amount of alkyd medium, Liquin, Galkyd or someone else.
I didn't know that PV23 is such a slow drier. Wow, 30 years plus! Is that the slowest drying pigment that exists? I have never heard anything taking anywhere near that long to dry.

@@pjjmsn With the presence of lead ions even olive oil can dry. But led substances are toxic and therefore, most of modern paints are lead-free.
Cally, I would guess that after the oil stops coming out that the remaing paint will be just fine. That has been my experience in such instances.
