Oh my gosh! I thought the same thing when the video turned on. I thought to myself Tessie looks much younger tonight. Way to go Tessie! Even though we are aging, your face is looking younger.
Love your hair!!! Glad to hear it’s something you can address and treat. I have added you and your family to our prayer chain. YOU have reminded me of that power. Slow down and take care of yourself….❤
Your bangs look so good Tessie! I'm so grateful that you are alright too. You are precious to us. Stress will kill you quicker than anything else. I'm glad you have de-stressssed your life. God bless you and our friends here. 😊❤
Thank you so much for sharing Tessie. I have gastritis. I have just been away for a few days and my gastritis settled. Got home on Thursday and yesterday my gastritis flared up. My conclusion is stress. I live with my parents and a dog with dementia who barks a lot. I am also sensitive and absorb emotions. I need to find calm. Your channel is calming for me. Thank you for all you do.
Dear Tessie, Praise God that your health report was all good. Its wise to listen to our inner instincts. So far you have overcome a lot.. Yes Menopause can play havoc. It has for me . I myself have had to slow down. There is a lesson to learn if we allow it to. Trying to stay hopeful and positive on this very cold January day in our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. Counting and singing our blessing one by one. ❤🙏💕
I'm so glad you are fine Tessie, I get that too, I live in fight or flight mode and it is so hard. I will try the singing and see if I can help myself out a bit, thanks for sharing!
Oh my goodness! You look gorgeous! I love the change. Its time for my yearly haircut, but I just can't bring myself to. I'm not working with children at the moment, so I'm tempted to let my hair grow. Just to see how long it can go. I'm glad you had your health checked out. Thats something that I need to do. Especially going through this stressful season of my life. 💚🌞
Good morning, Tessie; your haircut looks gorgeous! I'm thankful all your tests came back with good results. Stress and menopause can really take a toll on our bodies. Slowing down as we navigate this stage of life is something that I've also found necessary. My writing and editing work schedule still mirrors the hours of a school day (the teacher in me, I suppose, is used to those hours), but I am also giving myself those breaks during the day. You're so right about singing or humming and keeping off the devices. I've started listening to instrumental music which has really helped. I hope you have a wonderful day today with moments that make you smile. ❤
I’m glad that you are shifting things. I get racing heart too sometimes, mine is more thoughts bringing more anxiety so had to do self talk and tell myself I’m not dying I’m safe, be logical Jen! and all is good and it really helps. Other times it’s food intolerance it will race my heart like no body business, Benadryl always makes quick work! Lots of times too much candida overgrowth in body can race the heart, tick born diseases. Many non threatening things can race the heart. The key is finding the trigger or root. I’m happy to see your pacing yourself now! Savor the moments of rest that’s as vital as being productive. All in balance right!
Praise the Lord Tessie. I am so happy everything is okay and that you are learning to slow down. You are a good preacher and I enjoyed listening to your own pastor. God is good. God has been dealing with me for a few years now about trusting Him and not being in fear and anxiety. It is coming along but I still get some anxiety and I have to pray all the time and give it to the Lord. Love you, you have grown in the Lord so much. Hugs and blessings 👏🏼👏🏼🥰🇨🇦🙏🏼
You always make me smile...how you said my liver is amazing I chuckled 😊 Its hard to learn how to just relax...at least for me... I feel guilty lol Love your videos they are my happy place 💯
So happy you received a great health report. Stress and menopause are awful. A philosophy that I now take is to live in the moment. I record daily for no more than 2 hours and I have a full time job as well and I also release videos daily. I record multiple videos on Friday's so I can have at least 2 days "off" completely. Wishing you many blessings.
Couldn't agree more. I tend to try and sqeeze to much in my day as well, therefore neglecting my health too. I get that from my mom. She worked very hard and never saw her relax. My children have commented to me about this. So to help me take time, they suggested putting it in my list for the day and check it off like all the other chores I check off. Super happy to hear of your good bill of health.
Evening Tessie so happy you are okay. Stress is horrible . I am 70 years young. I am listening to music more. I am slowing down. My Grandmother use to tell me dust will be hear long after we our gone. New year for me and I am slowing down for my health.
I'm glad it was nothing too serious. I live with tachycardia. It was medically induced several years ago as a reaction to a medication. I slow down when I have these attacks and check my pulse, blood pressure and oxygen levels .
❤ Thank you Tessie.. I needed this more than you know. I am taking your advice. I found myself over the past couple of years.. Singing and dancing.. Even at the grocery store. My husband told me I need medication and he jokes with me about having me commited.. Lol.. But it makes me feel good. 😊 God Bless you honey. Praying for you.. God is Good!!! ❤ Much Love!!!
I had been having headaches and was exhausted all the time. It turns out there was a can of polyurethane that looked fine from the outside, but because of the dampness in my basement, the whole bottom had rotted out without being visible, so I was breathing in those fumes!!

My sweet friend good morning ♥I love your new hairdo! It is very flattering! I love bangs as well because it hides all those wrinkles and masks the line between my eyebrows lol but as soon as I cut them and and think about how lovely they look I go to sleep and wake up to weird bangs that never lay right again!

I needed this video so much. I have really bad anxiety. Sometimes it gets so bad I don't sleep. But I have to make sure that I do get some. I lost sleep for four days a few months ago and ended up in the emergency room. I was having a psychosis, an altered state of mind. And I was coming in and out. They were able to sedate me. Take care of yourself! I enjoy your channel! I try to learn to stay calm by asking myself "what is the level of importance in my life of whatsl is causing me stress!" Will it matter this time tomorrow, a week from now or even an hour from now if not. Let it go and just keep putting one foot in front of the other and breathe!
Good Morning Tessie, Sisters, Brothers, and Friends, Wish you all a wonderful blessed Saturday filled with Gods Joy and Happiness :-) Remember to pray for one another and for all around the world :-) God Bless You ! Love you all :-) Keep Smiling be safe and warm :-)

Me I just want to be in between and that’s a car with good suspension for a smooth ride now that I’m over 60 lol
Well, I had the same exact thing happen to me. I woke up with a racing heart and couldnt seem to get it to stop. Went to ER. They ran test and told me it was menopause. I’m just like “what? Are you sure? Am I really that old already?”. After finding out more about this “M” word, I found out some other symptoms I’d been having were due to the big M & just didnt realize it. Many of us women have no idea what’s going on. You & I weren’t the only ones & we won’t be the last. Glad your test results all came back well. Mine did also.
Did you have an EchoCardiogram or Nuclear Heart Stress test? A racing heart can be more than just menopause. I was diagnosed with Tachycardia in 2021. I also had a racing heart, fluttering, and palpitations. I also don't have diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol.
Just safety warning - never ignore a racing heart. One morning in 2021 woke up with racing heart and this had never happened before. I called doctor who said it was a panic attack and to just relax and it would go away. I had an overwhelming bad feeling and decided to go to ER. I stopped breathing in the ER. Was fortunate to be in the ER when everything happened. It was not panic attack, but it was a PE and spent 3 days in ICU. Never ignore racing heart if it is not normal for you. Things turned really bad really fast and unexpectedly.
I've learned to know the symptoms of getting overworked and stressed. I deal with hot flashes and have Raynaud's (stress and caffeine can trigger it). It's a horrible feeling in my hands and feet. My doctor said cut out caffeine which I havent done yet. So glad you got great test results. The bangs look amazing on you.
(D.Pando) I'm so happy that you are doing great! I really appreciate you sharing your story and the changes that you made. I might be taking some of your changes and implementing them in my own life. Thank you for all you do and your videos. Love the bangs!
I knew something more was going on than you let on the last few months! It showed in your eyes. You just didn't feel well! Thank the good Lord for nudging you to seek help. Your family must have been very concerned. We have your back, Tessie. Take care of yourself. I like the soft fringe of bangs being back. It just seems to be "you". ❤
At 62 I had a heart attack while at work. I thought it was an asthma attack. I kept thinking of what my mother said don't ignore the symptoms. I got up and headed to the ER. Lucky for me, a guard in my building called 911. I survived because I knew the symptoms and didn't ignore them. 3 stents.
Hi Lucille. In June my husband had a heart attack, and on Fathers Day they put in 3 stents also. We are so thankful to God that he survived!! God Bless!!
Tessie love your bangs! You look 20 years younger. Amazing my friend.

The problem with stress is that your body expresses it whether you can associate it to something in particular or not. I had the same experience. Wound up in the ER where they gave me an IV to bring it back down. When I thought about it, there was one thing in particular that had caused me a lot of stress, but my body didn't manifest it until months later.
Stress is a factor in many people’s lives as well as their health. I tried my best to avoid the media myself it’s too much.
Love the bangs
Your hair is beautiful.
God Bless!!
Hormones can cause all kinds of issues. Don’t ignore testing those, amazing what happens in menopause.
