I find contract law theory very interesting though it's easy to understand why law schools don't want to spend too much time on that. I still go back and look at different issues, currently consideration. I have to say, I'm surprised at Lord Denning's reasoning in Williams v Williams.
Of course. There's too much for law schools to teach before diving into theory unfortunately. But luckily I'm not constrained on the law academy, so I can teach whatever I want ;)
