You gave me the confidence to break out my elastic foot for my Ovation! It took me a few goes - it turned out that I didn't need to pull on the elastic at all for tension. Just wondering how you would start and finish the elastic for a fitted bedsheet that is already sewn in the round?

Hello. Thanks for the demonstration. At least for me I learn better seeing what your doing. If you show up closer the actual sewing & explaining the feet would seriously help much more.

Can the elastic inserted foot be used on the Janome D200 also?

Is there an attachment for the Janome D2000 overlocker that will bot gather and insert elastic at the same time.

Hi Kate, Apart from the Ovation, Does the Evolution with Overlock / Coverstitch, have the metal elasticator? I have separate Bernina machines and would prefer to get them combined. I only worry about the inability to change the tension settings?

Yes, the feet are the same for all Baby Lock combination machines. Not having tensions had never been an issue for me.
Bernina have released a combination machine in USA and it will be released in Australia some time next year. I don’t know anything about it though.

@@sewintooverlocking8024 those Berninas are too expensive. And the lesser one does not have needle threaders like my 1150mda. I would rather the Evolve or evolution.
