@@ShaiLysk Plecos you mean. They are a bad fish to have with koi. When they get large they attach themselves to other fish and eat the slime off the fish. But thats bad for the fish and they can die. Not a good fish to keep. I have an excellent filter system so my pond doesnt need cleaning.
I have a grounding in building and large projects and am currently building a largish project here in the phil’s and the basic lack of knowledge and building is astounding to me. I’m no structural engineer but I know about lateral earth pressure/hydrostatic pressure and these Filipino will convince you to build with there basic knowledge. Beware beware ..I have a structural engineer advise me on 8m sheer toe/heel cantilever wall…I changed it to a counterfort wall myself and then they agreed and these are supposedly highly qualified engineers …beware beware as in the end it’s you who will pay the ultimate cost for structural failure. Good luck from a fellow Brit.
@@Eric-qm5xw Dont you worry, all taken care of at Tomo Towers. Any advice I would give uilding a property here is be on site daily and check everything.
@@Eric-qm5xw Fear not. All is well. I think here the building knowledge is gained over time, provided you pay attention and ask questions (which most dont). Few go to college to learn unless your studying to be an engineer or architect.
Maybe get some of those bottom feeder fish with the mouth on the bottom. They with scrub the finish pond.
