Its 2023 so would of loved to have seen a TT 03 out this year the Tamiya designers forgot about that 😢
The TT-02 has been out for 10 years and still works fine. I doubt a TT-03 will be in the cards for a long time.
i agree every 10 years we missed it :((((
Atrocious! Brett, please grow the bar mustache back. LOL half joking, love your vids my friend.
Haha! Thanks for watching!
Tamiya TT-01 & TT-02 Comparison.............tt01 is so far ahead in quality we have no comparison.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
I was wondering if the upper decks are interchangeable
No. the upper decks are not interchangeable.
Cool video, but I would have we all know that the differential between the two models are different because on the tt02 there are 4 plastic satellites and only metal on the tt01. But can we go up and differentiate the complete one from the other, basically the exchanged ones. thaaaaanks
Thank you for watching!
Am I correct to assume that the bodies for TT01 and TT02 are interchangeable? And, are the body posts in the same exact location on both chassis platforms? Thanks.
Yes, bodies are generally interchangeable but there are a few exceptions. Body mount holes may differ as well.
@@HearnsHobbiesMelbourne thanks
Yes
Which one have more upgrade options? For drift or rally car?
tt02 you would need to cut the chassis on the tt01for it get the ground clearance for rally
great quick little vid brett..
miss my tb evolution 😩
Glad you enjoyed it! We know a place that has an Evo...
Great video! One question tho, do you know if the drive shafts of the tt01 fit on the tt02?
Thank you for watching! The driveshafts are different.
Will a tt02 diff fit in a tt01 and vise versa? How about steering arms? Wheel axles (drive shafts)
I have a tt-01 and it looks more like a tt-02 but its not
I see.
Which chassis do you like better?
TT01 is our favourite. More robust.
Thanks.
You're welcome. Thank you for watching!
