: Okay. Now, did you also say, in your response to Mr. Distaso's questions, that you'd never seen him hysterical, but you had seen him cry, you had seem him being emotional after Laci was missing, isn't that right?
      GRANTSKI: Yes, I had.
GERAGOS: On more than one occasion?
      GRANTSKI: Yes.
GERAGOS: He was extremely emotional, especially for him, because you had never seen him emotional at all before that?
      GRANTSKI: That's true.
      .
.GERAGOS: The comment was, if I've got it right, he's in the driveway, is he standing with a police officer?
GRANTSKI: He came walking up as I was talking to the police, to where I was standing.
GERAGOS: Okay. And you say, How was golfing?
      GRANTSKI: Yeah.
      GERAGOS: Okay. And he said,
GRANTSKI: He said I didn't go golfing, I went fishing.
      Officer Spurlock:
Officer Spurlock: I saw Mr. Peterson. He seemed concerned. He had a look of concern on his face. I think he maybe even had some tears in his eyes. But as far as a frantic behavior, I wouldn't claim. Just frantic concern.

Mark Mark Geragos: Did he appear to be upset to you?
Officer Spurlock: Yes. I would say so.
      Officer Evers:
Mark Mark Geragos: When you saw them, you saw that Laci's mom Sharon, you know who Sharon is; is that correct?
      Officer Evers: Yes, I do.
Mark Mark Geragos: She was crying, and she was very, very upset, correct?
      Officer Evers: That's correct.
Mark Mark Geragos: When so Scott, when he walked up, he appeared to be very upset; is that correct?
      Officer Evers: That's correct.
Mark Geragaos: And the other family members, you described them as just concerned, correct?
      Officer Evers: Yes.
      Detective Grogan:
Mark Geragos: Now the, did you look at any of the interviews that Ms. Rocha had given, for example, to the Today Show on December 30th in which she says mom, that she said that Scott said, "Mom, is Laci there"?
Craig Grogan: No, I have never seen that before.
Mark Geragos: Did you ever look at the January 14th Today's Show where she said "I just immediately, I knew she was missing"?
Craig Grogan: No, I have never seen that before.
Mark Geragos: Okay. That would have been the January 14th show would have been two days before she was told about the existence of Amber Frey, is that correct, or the day before?
Craig Grogan: It would have been the day before, yes.
Mark Geragos: And that, at least if the transcript's accurate, she's the one who said that she knew Laci was missing just by the panic rising in Scott's voice, correct?
Craig Grogan: Yes, that's what it says.
      Amie Krigbaum (neighbor):
Amie Krigbaum: So I mean he, he was distraught; it kind of made me a little distraught, so I didn't really know how to handle the situation, so
      Prosecutor Distaso: Okay.
Amie Krigbaum: I just kind of took bits and pieces of it and didn't really know what to do. I shut the door and kind of asked Terra, Help him look, or, you know?
      Greg Reed (Scott’s friend):
Prosecutor Distaso: Okay. What, let me, before I show you the report and refresh your memory, what did, what was Mr. Peterson's, how did he sound on the message?
Greg Reed: The perfect word would be frantic.
      Stacey Boyers (Laci’s friend):
Mark Mark Geragos: You got a call from Scott approximately what time?
      Stacey Boyers: 5:26.
Mark Mark Geragos: Okay. You know that now because you looked at cell phone records?
Stacey Boyers: My cell phone records, yes.
Mark Mark Geragos: You didn't just,
Stacey Boyers: Didn't just pull that out, no.
Mark Mark Geragos: Okay. Now, you get the call at 5:26. Was he upset?
      Stacey Boyers: Uh, yes.
      Lori Ellsworth (Laci’s friend):

@@wunkeyjones113 The MPD should have done their jobs. They refused follow the actual evidence, tips and sightings that points in a completely different direction. The media spun everything and that's the way police wanted it.
He was seen at the marina by three people. Does it sound logical that a guy is going to kill his wife and take the chance of dumping her body in broad daylight. He needs to back the boat down the ramp and leave it there for anyone to see in broad daylight including anyone from the hundreds of people that live on their boats all year round.
There was no forensic evidence, eyewitnesses, video surveillance etc ever proving the States theory. We even have the SF Medical examiner (Boyd Stevens) explaining to the lead detective that it would be highly unlikely that 32 lbs would submerge the body. It would just float. He also said the currents would likely take the body out to sea. She was found nearly 4 months later. How do currents flowing Southbound at 4 knots place either body where they were found.
-Conner (baby) was determined to be alive until Jan 3rd by both the States expert and the Medical examiner? Furthermore, Dr Charles March testified there is no way that Scott and Laci Peterson's unborn baby could have died any earlier than Dec. 29, 2002. Dr Allison Galloway determined the baby could have even been alive as far along as Jan 14th.
-Conner was found above the high tide line and water break.
-The baby's left ear was permanently flattened against the head and a rectangular piece of material was over his ear.
-Plastic wrap knotted around his neck that had to be cut off, not far from a plastic bag which was never tested.
-The criminologist and medical examiner, both concluded that the twine could not have wrapped around Conner’s neck accidentally. Dr. Cyril Wecht noted, "never in a million years."
-Laci had a missing neck that is not consistent with any known disarticulation in aqueous environments.
-Laci's uterus was at least 10 cm (3.9") smaller than it should have been, explaining why the incision to remove Conner was not visible on her body, and the injured 9th rib, postmortem injury is in the same location where such an incision would have been made.

    • @jwait1496
      @jwait1496 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Jan Lima That isn't true.
Couples they hung out with started having babies, Scott and Laci surprised friends when they reversed an earlier stance of not wanting children. Laci, who had had surgery years earlier and was left with one ovary, knew it would be difficult to conceive and methodically tracked her cycle. Richardson said she recalls Laci expressing frustration that Scott always seemed to be traveling at the wrong time, and it took some time before Laci was pregnant.
By early June, she got the good news. She enrolled in a prenatal yoga course and attended Lamaze classes with Scott.
They also got to work early on the baby's room. Consistent with the decorations for The Shack and with Scott's interest in fishing, the couple chose a nautical theme, even hanging a life preserver decoration that read: "Welcome Aboard."
Brent Rocha confirmed that Scott did indeed plan to have a family, and was quite emotional about becoming a father:
Mark Geragos: And also fair to say that she was very excited about the kid?
      Brent Rocha: Yes.
Mark Geragos: Okay. And Scott was as well?
      Brent Rocha: Yes.
Mark Geragos: When he talked about, when you talked to him, he would express the fact that he's, I mean he's a goal-oriented person; you heard that description earlier today. You would agreed with that, right?
      Brent Rocha: Yes.
Mark Geragos: And is, one of his goals was to have a child and a family?
      Brent Rocha: Yes.
Mark Geragos: Okay. And he told you that he was thinking about what kind of father he was going to be and he was crying and he said he was going to be great; isn't that what he told you?
Brent Rocha: That's what he was saying.
Sharon Rocha confirmed, on Larry King Live, that Laci told her Scott had changed his mind about having a baby shortly after they moved to Covena in October 2002:
ROCHA: “that's when she told me that Scott had said that he didn't think he wanted to have children. Of course that concerned me because we'd had conversations before in his presence or they had had conversations in my presence about having children.
KING: So then it shocked you?
ROCHA: It did. It really surprised me.
KING: But then she got pregnant.
ROCHA: Well, then she went on to say that not only did she -- that he didn't think he wanted to have children, she also said that he didn't want to. So, I was -- I was really upset about that knowing that he knew how she felt about having children.
And then it was about a month or so later, it was around Thanksgiving time she and I were in the kitchen preparing dinner when she told me that she's going to stop taking birth control pills in December. Well, that surprised me because it had only been a month ago that Scott didn't want to have children.
So, we had a conversation about that and I said, "Are you sure? Are both of you absolutely sure because you can't put the baby back once he's here"? Well, it was an it at that time. It was nothing at that time. And she said, yes, that they had talked about it and they were ready that Scott was ready also.
Greg Reed gave testimony about Scott's and Laci's relationship, and Scott's participation in Laci's pregnancy.
HARRIS: You also, Kristen, your wife, became friends with Laci, is that fair?
REED: All four of us met at the same time.
HARRIS: And they became friends separate of you and Scott? Kristen and Laci became friends?
      REED: Yes, they did.
HARRIS: And at some point you and your wife began a Lamaze class at your home, is that correct?
      REED: That is correct.
HARRIS: And you asked Scott and Laci if they would like to join in the Lamaze class?
      REED: That is correct.
HARRIS: And they agreed to do that, right?
      REED: Yes.
HARRIS: Okay. During about a one month period, they came to your house on a weekly basis to participate in the Lamaze classes, is that right?
REED: That's probably about right. About once a week.
HARRIS: You got a chance to see them interact quite a bit during that, didn't you?
      REED: Yes.
HARRIS: And your impression, from telling the police, your impression was that they were a very happy couple?
      REED: Yes.
HARRIS: And, in fact, you told the police Scott treated her very, very well?
      REED: Yes.
HARRIS: They both, I believe your quote to the police was they were both very excited about the baby coming, is that right?
REED: That's what it appeared, yes.
HARRIS: And you were called in an interview you did with the police, excuse me. Let me take that back. Do you recall an incident at one point where you were looking through a catalog called Cabella's catalog?
      REED: Yes, I remember that.
HARRIS: What is the Cabella's catalog?
REED: It's a hunting, fishing, outdoors-type of magazine. And equipment.
HARRIS: And they actually sell kids' camouflage outfits, is that right?
REED: In that magazine they were.
      HARRIS: In that particular one?
      REED: Yes.
HARRIS: During that time you were looking at it, both you and Scott were going through the, the kids' section or the kids' outfits,
hunting and fishing, or whatever outfits, and the two of you were talking and laughing about how much you couldn't wait to buy your kids those kind of outfits, is that correct?
REED: I remember that clearly, that's correct.
HARRIS: Okay. Scott was very excited about that possibility, wasn't he?

Scott, sister needs to face reality and stop enabling her brother by saying he's innocent. Everything she bought up at the begging of this story holds no weight.
Laci and her unborn baby were found last then a mile where he said he was fishing, 80 miles from their home. Not to mention she was wearing the same clothes she was reporting wearing when she disappeared. Unless the sister has proof that someone killed Laci and then followed Scott to where he went fishing, to dump the body at the same location. If she presents that, then I'll listen. From listening to Scott's family members it sounds like he could do no wrong. That's the first sign of a problem child the parents not holding their child responsible for their actions and brush it off as it's the other person's fault. I see that all the time.

Why, There is no evidence he did it. The MPD should have done their jobs.

No map for area even thought he looked up the Berkeley marina and it’s tides the day he told Shawn his wife was dead. Then the killers framed him even though they weren’t being looked at. Anchoring down her body hoping it wouldn’t float out to sea and ruin frame job. They were lucky they dropped it in exact spot he said he was fishing at. BROCCHINI: That's what she said she said. It was a vehicle.
-Diane Jackson reported seeing 3 men with a VAN and a SAFE in front of the Medina’s house at 11:40 a.m. on December 24. There is no debating this. The burglary happened the same day Laci disappeared. Both Todd and Pearce pled guilty to burglary charges 12-24-02. They both received reduced sentences.
-December 31, a gold Croton watch, identical to Laci’s watch which disappeared the same day she did, was pawned by Deanna Renfro. Highly unlikely this is just a coincidence. The families of Deanna Renfro, Steven Todd and the Tenbrinks know one another.
-Todd says it wasn't until the morning of the 26th between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. that he even entered the home, and was home by 6:30 a.m. to wake up his friend and get him to load up the safe.
People started arriving at the Peterson's home by 8:00 a.m. on the 26th to begin their search for Laci, and there likely was media still on the street from the night before. How did he transport all of those items without one person seeing him?

-Tom Harshman, who lived in Modesto, was driving with Elizabeth Harshman between 2 and 4 p.m. on the afternoon of December 24. He saw a young pregnant woman being forced into a van. He turned around and went back to the spot hoping to find the van still there and hoping to get more information about the license plate number. But they were gone.
      1. He called police (911 MPD) that same day.
      2. Tried again December 28.
      3. December 28, he also called the Laci tip line twice. His first call on this date was listed incorrectly under the name Harsh and was given Bates Stamp number 14789. The call was given to Detective Holmes. Harsh(man) said that he had called 3 or 4 days earlier on the day that he had seen a pregnant young woman being pushed into a van. There had been a man standing over her as she squatted to urinate with her back up against a chain-link fence. The man was described as 30’s, tall, thin, with ponytail, dirty blonde to gray hair, scrubby looking. When she finished, the woman was shepherded back to the driver’s door of the car, where another man’s arm was seen pulling her into the car. He said the young woman was wearing black pants and a red shirt. He said she had a scared look on her face."
      4. Jan 3rd, he went to the Command Post in the park and relayed this to the officer on duty. Over
40,000 pages in the discovery and nothing about this report was in it.
      5. February 2003, Harshman’s wife spoke to a relative of hers who lived in New York about the sighting of Laci Peterson near the corner of Scenic and Claus. Mrs. Harshman’s relative shared this story with an NYPD detective. This NYPD detective was so concerned that he contacted the MPD and spoke personally to Detective Grogan on February 14, 2003. What did Grogan do with the information? Nothing at all.
      6. pre-trial hearings in May of 2004, DA Investigator Kevin Bertalotto noticed the Harshman tip and insisted that Grogan call Tom Harshman and speak to him personally. Grogan did this on May 18, 2004.

You're suggesting OVER a dozen witnesses who independently seen Laci walking and described her down to to even the breed of her dog is no more credible than a single witness. 🤦‍♂️
Let's talk about the clothes Laci was wearing.
Margarita Nava, Laci’s housekeeper, told Detective Brocchini that when she arrived at 8:30 a.m. Laci was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt and (probably) black stretch-type maternity pants, as that was her usual outfit.
This was a typical outfit for her according to Debra Wolski, Laci’s instructor at the Village Yoga Center.
Mark Geragos: Okay. Now, you also described the clothing that she wore as black stretch pants, white shirt, long sleeves, white tennis shoes and a red fleece vest, correct?
Debra Wolski: In the winter, yes. In the cold months.
Mark Geragos: Okay. And you described what she was wearing on December 4th, do you remember that?
Debra Wolski: It would have been the same. The white shirt, the black stretch pants, the red fleece vest.
And this is what Scott told Sharon Rocha on February 13, 2003 in a phone conversation:
SHARON ROCHA: And what was she wearing when you left?
PETERSON: Ah she had on her black pants - and like a white top with long sleeves.
SHARON ROCHA: A pullover or button or what?
PETERSON: Yeah. Pullover like ah-you know tee shirt kinda sweater kinda thing.
None of the clothing items which Laci was described as wearing on the morning she disappeared were found in the house during the first search.
Craig Grogan: We were looking for a white shirt, but we didn't find one in the first search warrant, which would have matched her description on December 24th. We were also looking for white tennis shoes. We did find some white shoes, but they were slip on. They looked like tennis shoes from the front, but they slip on from the back. They don't have a standard back that a tennis shoe would have on them. As far as clothing, that's what I recall we recovered there.
Grogan testified: “I would say the majority match with black pants or white shirts, with the description that was released to the media.”
You told several people on a thread that you read what it said under the Stanislaus Portal site and specifically said it didn't say anything about the burglary being the 24th. But then claimed you couldn't even figure out how to get into it, LOL. OOPS! You do know you are a pathological liar right.
