Today, I learned more about Zimbabwean business operations than I have from books and research papers. This is raw, valuable education for business people with a keen interest in Zimbabwean business.
Amazing programme, this is the best business show ever.Real conversations with real achievers, real business people.Wel done Trevor and Heart&Soul media,we risk a generation being corrupted by tender preneurs and fake business people now.We love the programme and keep up the excellent work.Dr Kanyekanye we thank you for the amazing conversation and nuggets
Dr Kanyekanye came and gave a speech while i was still @Goromonzi High school that speech left a deposit for the love of business in me since then, this conversation added to it, THANK YOU
Power packed episode Mr Trevor, I highly appreciate how Dr JK ironed out the truth and how in as much as we cannot relate to the stories narrated , He showed us how even when you go through something allow it to happen don't fight it.
Simply one of the best episodes you have had @InConversationwithTrevor. Dr JK articulated himself so well on the many issues raised. Zim definitely needs brains like his. May Mai Kanyekanye continue to rest in peace. Wonderful, generous lady and co-worker at St Dominics High School Mutare
Thank you Mr Trevor Ncube for allowing us to learn through conversations keep up the good work. May you in the future bring Mrs Grace Muradzikwa IPEC Commissioner the nation has a lot of questions for the Insurance and Pensions Sector
This is the episode i have enjoyed the most on the show thus far. The combination of his passion for trees, entrepreneurship and principals is quite insightful. Even some of the dynamics in government gives the ordinary person some of the challenges in our country and how we can possibly address them. Loved the most his concept of barter trading instead of waiting on actual hardcore dollars
Very insightful on merit-based appointments and stakeholder engagement in Zimbabwe. Nepotism's impact is eye-opening. Admire how you stood firm with Allied and loved the detailed backstory of our surname. Great interview!
One thing I admire about the generation of Trevor Ncube, Kanye Kanye, Nigel Chanakira, and Strive Masiyiwa is that their success is based on hard work rather than shortcuts through corruption, unlike the "Mbingas" of today.
Dr JK is an honest man and he speaks nothing but the truth in fact brutal truth and if you want to be his best friend speak the truth. His truth does not want you to wear your heart on the sleeve 😂
The consequences faced by those who challenge the system are profound. It is worth considering the idea of documenting these experiences in a book, as it would offer an invaluable historical account from which future generations can extract valuable lessons.
Good conversation. One issue the guy is over confident to the point of i dont know. How can you raise taxes without stopping government looting. These professionals ooze nonsense at times. How can you tax someone trying to feed the country, yet billions are being looted everyday......he must go back to school
You don't start by taxing the informal sector when monies aren't being accounted for..$15b went unaccounted for yet here you are mourning that the informal sector isnt getting taxed.
@@MabhenaMabhena It makes sense to you to cry about the informal sector not being taxed when big chunks of the taxes that are currently collected end up in the hands of people like Wicknell?? What is taxing the informal sector going to help if the monies are embezzled..The point is:The informal sector not paying taxes is not a problem worth mentioning..
@@mandlenkosihlazo977 Both issues needs attention. Bottom line is our economy is too informal and it makes it difficult to implement policy. Then they ought to be accountability in all aspects.

Inspiration always from this platform ❤❤❤
There is a lot of corruption in state run corporations, I think he should write a book on his experiences, and expose the rot!

Informative conversation as usual
Very true everyone in timber industry was mentored by you and most of them are far in life because of that mentorship
