    Thank you Michael for a wonderfully energizing and fun ashtanga practice! I especially liked the transitions from janu 1 to baby wild thing, and from headstand to crow. The dog was hilarious! He reminded me of a quote by Seinfeld " The mind is a thing of infinite wisdom and the brain is just like a dog". The way you were able to stay balanced and focused was a great reminder of yoga chitta vritti nrodha. It was really a fantastic practice!

    Hi this is my second comment on this practice after many months. It's actually one of my favorite shorter than an hour practices, there's not a ton of salutations in the morning, it kind of jumps right into it and is extremely well-rounded and has a little bit of everything. I really appreciate posting this flow. Thank you Michael and team ❤❤

      Thank you so much - I hugely appreciate your feedback as I delve into creating shorter practices for myself and students. Has been humbling to learn that you only really need a few surya namaskara to get the juice flowing, making time for many other asanas. Stay tuned for more 20 - 30 min classes!

    Hilarious that you're able to do helicopter headstand leg thing while your dog is giving you a tongue bath on your back 🤣 hilarious yet impressive! Wonderful flow. Thank you so much

      Lol thanks - I believe that’s the type of “surrender” the scriptures are pointing to, but I could be misguided
