Another great class! Thank you
Great session Michael.
What a great class, love how you kept spirit and humour up in those challenging Covid times😊really appreciate all your stretchy classes and do several a week👍🏻Love from down under 🙏
Great practice Michael! This was the perfect counterbalance to several hours of "screen-asana." Thanks so much! 🙏

Absolutely loved this dynamic, creative, versatile class! Thank you! 🙏
So good. Thank you 🙏
You're so welcome!
I like this ❤practice

❤
Thank you for this class!!! I’ve improved a lot since I had found Your yoga practices! I’m so grateful for Your online yoga classes and I hope that You won’t stop! :-)
You're so welcome!
Motion is lotion! Yes!
Quoting my fave local Chiro there ;)
Brilliant, thank you.

Thank you so much 😀
Nice practice.
Ah thank you!
This is brilliant! thanks
You're very welcome!
You bring a piece of home away from home. Namaste Mike ❤
So nice to hear from you!
That was helpful👍🏼😃after some weeks of inactivity, loads of traveling aka SITTING I needed this! Thanks 🙏🏼
Great to hear!
Hey you! Brazil here, thank you so much for this class!
One of the best yoga practices on youtube!
Thank you for the kind words, glad this resonated with you!
Thanks from argentina
You're very welcome, glad you enjoyed the practice :)
Awesome class! I really liked this sequence, especially the frog plank variations. Thanks Michael!
Thank you so much for your kind words. I learned from the best ten years ago - Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor.
Thank you Michael for a wonderfully energizing and fun ashtanga practice! I especially liked the transitions from janu 1 to baby wild thing, and from headstand to crow. The dog was hilarious! He reminded me of a quote by Seinfeld " The mind is a thing of infinite wisdom and the brain is just like a dog". The way you were able to stay balanced and focused was a great reminder of yoga chitta vritti nrodha. It was really a fantastic practice!
Классно и с юмором, весело с вами, хотя трудно. Ютуб не уходи из России!
Amazing fron swidden ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great, thank you so much!
Thank you Michael! I really enjoyed this class, especially the variations of mayurnasana.
Oh right on! I learned the Mayurasana exits from Gomukasana from Simon Borg Olivier - total genius of asana practice.
I really dug this. Great pacing, I had room to breathe into the postures that I wanted to, challenging without being overdone, and also a bunch of good cues that lead to some very valuable adjustments in my back which were HUGELY relieving. Thanks Michael, this was an excellent practice!
Really glad to hear this worked for you. Thanks for sharing your feedback!
Great class🙏🏼🧘🏻♂️did the right hamstring class yesterday and this one now is a good complement👍🏼felt nice and loose afterwards! 🇦🇺👋🏼 🇨🇦 🙏🏼
Again such a great video! This class was actually more demanding than I thought😁and the connection of shoulder blades and hamstrings was a big aha moment!😮 🙏🏼very much from 🇦🇺
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for sharing the lessons you are taking away from practice, I really appreciate it.
Great class again, thank you!🙏🏼 I can’t do all the poses (wheel and head-/handstand) but wiggle my way around these😄 Question regarding headstands…I feel so insecure in that sort of narrow position with the arms…could I start with the hands palms down (connection to floor head and hands, not lower arms) to gain a bit of self confidence? Greetings from Australia👋🏼😊
Yes! Palms down biases a little more internal rotation in the shoulder and pronation in the forearms. So naturally we tend to place the elbows wider. That may help you strengthen your shoulders in a "fuller" range of motion for a while, but still keep bringing the elbows in closer as best as you can. It's a bit of a cheat as far as opening the chest goes, but it will backfire if you're working on forearmstand. Edge of hand down biases more external rotation in the shoulder and supination of the forearms. It will be difficult for you to access as full of a range in your shoulder. Build this position gradually and consistently and it will serve you really well in headstand AND eventually forearmstan. Note that people often take their elbows too wide in forearmstand and that prevents them from stacking the joints and getting into a complete ROM.
@@MichaelDynieYoga Very thorough explanation,🙏🏼! Now on the mat to practice💪🏼😁
As always!!👌🏾
Ha thank you brother.
kitty helped a lot until he left!
LOLLLLL - Gotta stack those pockets with kitty snacks.
Best counted primary on TH-cam, perfect pace and no distractions. A second series one would be great too!
Oh you're too kind, that might just be my favourite comment here ever. My second series practice is way too "Illegal" to justify a count ... "Annnnd we'lll skip all the leg behind the head stuff... Pincha Mayurasana" lol
@@MichaelDynieYoga Haha, that’s fair though I disagree because I do full second but modify LBH as I don’t have that range of motion. You could have another yogi as the visual but count and lead in your voice or just modify those poses but still count them. I think there’s more practitioners in that boat out there than the ‘ashtanga police’ would have us believe 😅
Just finished this class, feel more flexible, great! Will come back to that frequently👍🏼Hi and thank you from Australia 🇦🇺👋🏼🙏🏼
Yeah!!!! Right on my Australian Yogi pal. Keep it up!!!!
@@MichaelDynieYoga 😄In Australia we have mates instead off pals, applies to both males and females😂
Thanks Mike, great class! 'saved to favorites'😊
An honour to make your list!!! :)
As always perfect!
Glad you think so!
I DO struggle with cobra pose, really difficult to round my back into the opposite position from “hunchback” due to decades of bad posture😆this should help though…over time! And maybe lying on a yoga block between the shoulder blades to open up the upper back? Thanks for helpful tips!🙏🏼
Lying on the black can help stretch the chest, but you'll need to focus and poses that strengthen the upper back to really transform that postural habit. Practising cobra / updog with your pelvis on the mat, lift your shoulders away from the ground and then pull back to engage the upper back. I recommend you keep a little bend in the elbows while you do that!
@@MichaelDynieYoga Yes, you’re absolutely right here…to be honest: it’s just my weaker self speaking😉relaxing on some blocks does feel really good but to convince my back to be more straight requires work💪🏼😁
Amazing class! ❤
Thanks so much!
oh my god, this is amazing, i love it ..
Haha thank you Noella :)
Great class and Lenny was very cute, especially relaxing with you in savasana ☺️ Found you only yesterday, scrolled through several classes, subscribed, thanks for some really good beginner classes🙏🏼the advanced ones look great too!
Lenny is a very gifted Yoga dog - thank you for recognizing his greatness and commenting!
I did this today to wind down and I really enjoyed it ! Great yoga class 😊 I’m looking forward to do more of your classes
Awesome Valentina, I'm glad this class found you!
Great advice!👍🏼🙏🏼
Oh thanks so much! It's been 6 years since I shared that advice and I can confidnetly still stand by it. Hope it helps!
Amazing again ❤❤❤
Thank you so much 😀
One of the best !!
Ah that's so kind, big thanks friend!
Amazing under an hour flow. Packs a lot into a short time, I'm definitely tired by the end lol. There was a couple cutouts in the sound (around the 3/4 mark I think) but if I do it enough times I'll know what he's doing by heart. Thanks Michael ❤
Thanks for the great feedback! I'll revisit some of these classes and re-release the best ones :)
Loved it thank you❤
You’re welcome 😊
AMAZING ❤❤❤❤❤
Gracias!!!
Very nice class!
Many thanks!
