Hi, it is a great tutorial 😊. I have been using it for a while and I am constantly overlooking or missing some of the Facebook and IG comments especially when they are not as a direct response to a post but in the thread. I always open a “Newest” instead of “Most relevant” and I got a few newest. But whenever I scroll down, I can see many more responses which didn’t appear as the newest ones. Do I miss something? Or do you have a better idea of how I can see all the new responses in one place? Thanks 👍

I’m having issues confirming my connected Instagram account. It says it’s connected but when I go to create post for Instagram is says confirm & login but can’t click on the buttons (they don’t work) 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t know what else to try. I can only schedule fb
Try clearing your cache or trying another browser. It should come up in a popup and if the Instagram is added in your business account (it needs to be) you'll be able to schedule.
I seem to have 'Business Suite' but, within it, some of my pages are called 'Business Accounts' and some are listed under 'Your Account' and are called simply 'pages'. Is there a way to create some sort of uniformity here? One of my pages is actually my public self page so having it listed as a 'page' under 'Your Account' seems right. The other is an e-commerce page. The one page that is listing as independently as 'business account' is an old shop. I'd like the e-comm and old shop to both be listed as 'business accounts'. (I think?)
Ecommerce should be listed in commerce manager. All ad accounts will show under ad accounts, all pages will show under pages. You manage all of them through business settings.

I have 1 business page, a shop that was disconnected from the business, for some reason 3 business accounts that don't control the business page. I can't merge this into a usable account I'm ready to delete it all.
I have a problem that i'm trying to solve and know one seems to have the answer. It's on FB Business Suite. A mistake i made was making a different set for t-shirts. There is where the problem started. Somehow i cannot link my tees when i want to make a story on Instagram to the FB shop. How can i reverse this problem? Does anyone has a answer to this?
That is a commerce manager catalog. You need to assign the ad account or page to the catalog to be able to use it in certain scenarios. The catalog must be assigned to the IG account you're trying to post on. Check my lastest video on this channel about commerce manager and FB & IG Shops!

You need to change your business category to entrepreneur! Then you get music!!!

I can't figure out the heck to get out of Facebook Business Suite and back to my own Facebook page without exiting and logging back in.
The ability to schedule stories doesn't help us much because it doesn't allow you to include a link.
Stories don't have links in them, is that what you're referring to?

You don't have it yet then. This is not rolled out to everyone yet. You can't get to business suite if you don't have it, you'll now when you get it!
