Traded Kareem Hunt and D Swift for a 2026 1st in my superflex. Now his team desperately needed running backs so it worked out for me, but Never know till you send em out man
Congratulations lol. It’s true, you’ve gotta start low cuz you never know. It feels bad when they accept your first offer, and you’re left wondering how much value you left on the table lol
So I just traded away hunt and pearsall for Pickens in a dynasty. Who won the trade? I figured hunt has a couple weeks of productivity and jumps off a cliff after that. Pearsall we know nothing so far but either way a third or 4th fiddle on that team. And Pickens long-term can be a beast.
It’ll come down to Ricky for anyone to determine who won. Too many unknowns right now. What I will say though is that it’s doubtful that the 49ers used a first round pick for just a “third or fourth fiddle”. I wouldn’t be shocked if he’s their WR1 next season.

You won, for now. Hard to say for the long term, considering we haven’t seen Pearsall step foot on an NFL field yet. Seeing him turn into Pickens is a realistic outcome, but you’re getting that production this year, at least.
Looks like a win to me. Not sold on Pearsall as a big time contributor. George sure looks like he could with consistent targets. Glad to see the Hunt redemption arc, but so hard to unsee how bad/slow he looked the last couple years, to think this will hold up.

Gibbs by himself. I value Gibbs very very highly in Dynasty. He’s a foundational peace imho.
@@arose112 my only concern is my team is built to win now and I would be getting Gibbs side and losing dj Moore.. worried about brooks not being relevant at all this year though
@@jakeg7472 ok if you’re trying to win now, I still like this trade but I would try to find someone other than brooks. Without knowing your league I can’t say who but I would look for someone who can contribute.
I think Gibbs has the fantasy RB1 upside that makes losing Achane and Moore worth it. I love Achane but he doesn’t have that ceiling. Moore is good but imho he is replaceable.
Swap out brooks for a player that can contribute for you sooner. Brooks may take over by eos or next year but he’s likely eased in with Hubbard doing well. My guess is you can get someone with more impact now.

56:45 the thing about how we value 1sts is that they’re way better than the bad picks, but also the cheapest way to acquire elite players.
Someone in your league got Jefferson or Chase for JUST ONE early/mid 1st, while someone else spent A FREAKING FIRST on CEH or Trey Sermon.
Acquiring 1st round picks is investing. Spending 1st round picks is gambling. That’s why bad teams should be the ones actually drafting more picks, because they having a higher risk tolerance since they have less to lose.
I was offered Bijan Robinson and a 2nd 25 for Joe Burrow and a 3rd 25.

I'm missing a good RB1/2 at RB's (J. Brooks, Mason, Akers, Corrum, Benson and Miller). On QB I have Hurts, Burrow, Darnold, Maye and Penix.
WR and TE I'm fine.
Yes take the Bijan offer, you have Hurts and plenty of options behind him. If this is not superflex/2 qb, then this is a smash accept!

1 qb ppr. 2 years ago I snagged Cade Otten off waivers. Last year it was Tucker Kraft. This year it is Erick All jr that I picked up off waivers. Having both Kraft and Cade Otten on my roster is a plus at this time. I drafted Burton at 3.03 but let him go when I added All jr. My receivers are Higgins, Godwin, McLaurin, Jamo, Odunze(at 1.03), Michael Wilson and Wicks. I will NOT trade Odunze. I knew when I drafted him he was a year away from producing. If Keenan goes down then Odunze IS in play. (Rebuilding this year and JD5 was there at 1.10!!! I also snagged Brooks at 1.07)

Time stamps are lazy. Get nasty and use a minute to go find what you want. Yes I know that minute could be used fleecing your league mates in trades but it builds character to shuffle through the pod to find what you want. 😂

Was able to trade Brian Robinson and Gabe Davis for James cook last year. It’s worked out somewhat ok so far.

@@jasonmar8 depends on if you’re trying to win now. Tyreek could be a league winner if Tua comes back 100% after week 8 or so. If you’re not competitive then I think you start talking at a first.

Oof…could you not trade back? You could’ve taken a “bad” trade if he was your only target. If you’re thinking about reaching that far, just send an offer that can’t be refused to at least retain some of that value.
@@TheShaman572 nope, just thought since I have CD, ARSB, and Higgins as my top 3 WRs the need for BTJ wasn’t there and I really needed a TE. But now I’d much rather have BTJ than Sinnott sitting on my taxi squad doing nothing
