Nice track. Love the channel. Probably because I have a Op-1 and a sp-404sx. I've been thinking about just loading my sp-404sx with drum one shots from splice and sequencing it with the drumbrute to use it as a drum machine.

@@iShredStreets it was $950 at the time. Yes do not regret grabbing the SP at all. It’s the bees knees! Still want an OP1 but it’s definitely a luxury.

I was wondering though...I' e only had man for a few days. How long did it take before you got so proficient with the OP-1? Also, do you ever get bored with its limitations or are you always finding new ways to do stuff?
Thank you I’m happy it was useful! I’d say about two or three days of intense use to get the basics down and quickly navigate, there isn’t that much to learn so you just gotta work it into the muscle memory. Then there’s always small stuff like neat modulations etc. to build on. I do get bored with it all the time but have other stuff and always come back to it from time to time, and away from home it’s a steady travel mate, it has a joyful niche spot.
