Haystacks:
This is the order you can put it on your plate:
Rice : Use whatever you prefer.
Hamburger Chili Sauce:
1 lb hamburger. A little bit of chopped onion. 1 1/2 pk taco seasoning. 1 tsp. chili powder. 1 1/2 cup chili beans. 6 oz. tomato juice (3/4 cup) .
Brown the hamburger and onion. add seasonings and then the rest of the ingredients. It should be a bit 'soupy'.
Doritos and/or Crushed crackers
lettuce
tomatoes
sour cream
Cheese sauce : 1 stick of butter , melt that then add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of flour and stir until it's smooth. then slowly add milk into that, stirring constantly so it doesn't burn. After it’s smooth add velveeta cheese or similar until it’s cheesy enough!

Heidi’s Homemade Bread:
Makes five 8x4 inch loaves
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Active Dry yeast
1/2 cup instant potato flakes
1/2 cup oil (I use avocado oil)
4 cups warm water
Combine in mixer bowl and let set for 10 minutes until the
yeast blooms.
Then add in
11 cups bread flour
and let mixer run for 8 minutes.
Place dough in a large greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a
warm oven with the light turned on, for 1 hour or until
double in size.
Divide dough into 5 loaves, then shape until surface
is nice and tight, and place in greased loaf pan.
Prick through with a fork a few times to break
largest air pockets to ensure a nice crumb.
Cover and let rise again until loaves are full and
about one inch over the top of the pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or golden.
Remove loaves carefully to cooling racks, and brush
tops with butter.
Once slightly cool, place in bread bags and loosely
close the ends to keep bread nice and moist.
When cooled completely, close ends with twisties,
and freeze extra loaves and pull out and slice as
needed.
Keeps in the freezer for at least two months.

My wife and enjoy all your videos.
We live in Southern Ohio and frequently visit wheat Ridge and other communities here in southern Ohio.
We are actually headed to Holmes County this Sunday for a few days. We’ve been visiting that area for over 25 years now. Usually a couple times a year.
We love Greek bowls… a lemon parsley vinaigrette is a great addition, along with the tzatziki sauce.
I've gotta try them!!! Looks delicious and so summer'y
I appreciate watching someone who figures dinner out as the days progress. I do the same, with maybe a few ideas running through my head. Sunday dinner is perhaps the only one I might think through a few days in advance. Meats are purchased reduced or pulled from the freezer. I keep on hand ingredients we like and go from there.
You need to put some EV olive oil with dill and garlic on your Greek bowl. Makes it moist and much more flavorful.
Hello :) Your Cooking style reminding me a lot on the style my grandmother had. I grew up with my grandparents in Germany (I'm German) and i learnt to cook just watching her as a child. And when Christmas came around the corner, i helped her making the cookies

Walnut Creek / Sugar Creek Ohio has been our favorite place to go to since 1984. We have furnished our whole house with their beautiful furniture, everything from dining room to bedroom. And I remember when Walnut Creek Cheese was that little building before they built the big store…the whole area is some of the most beautiful and peaceful place to be with all the rolling hills and back roads. If anyone is looking for a friendly relaxing place to visit, Holmes County is your destination! I’m anxious to see your video from your visit back home….i always enjoy them so much and I encourage others to visit there! 💘💘

The other day, we traveled over to Tellico Plains, Tennessee to a Mennonite Community Farm Market. Oh, I was in heaven, so many beautiful fruits & veggies. I loaded up.
