I posted a blog post on my Website with the recipes written out for you. -I’m sort of trying it to see if it’s something I can make work for the future. It’s not fancy. And it’s on my Design Website. But at least it should take you there and you can print it out. I am not familiar with blogs. Just TH-cam 😅. So give me some grace for now 😁

You are doing a great service for us by posting these all in one place! I bet you could go back to your other cooking videos and copy and paste your recipes that you wrote out for us on there too! That way you have a special spot to go to for them. Although that's ONLY if YOU want them on there! Lol! It's easy enough to go and get them from the videos for us as they are. I was just meaning for you to have a central location! Thank you again!

I’m Belizean I used to use the recado paste but not no more. It has red 40 in it along with other unhealthy ingredients. It’s actually made from the annatto seed so I just add the annatto seed powder to the marinade to color the chicken. Maybe one day I’ll make my own annatto paste without all the bad stuff.

There’s different ethnicities in Belize so different parts of Belize makes their food slightly different. When I make my chicken with the recado , I use the recado, some salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano and cumin. Other things I add are onions, different color bell peppers, and cilantro. We also have mennonites in Belize as well they have their own land.

We love twice baked potatoes. After they are baked in an oven, using oven gloves, I slice a small opening in the top. I use a serrated grapefruit spoon to scoop out the potatoes. It does a nice job of getting most of the inside scrapped out while leaving the integrity of the potato shell intact! Yum!😊❤

I like the idea of adding sour cream or cream cheese to mashed potatoes. My mother always added butter and evaporated milk for Thanksgiving meal.
I really love trying small changes to recipes. Never have seen peanut butter pie so thank you for that one. Bet my husband will love it. Thank you for sharing. Blessings on all your folks.

As Pennsylvania Mennonites and Amish, we call the tea Meadow Tea. It is a year round thing, but, definitely for Summer. I’ve made 100’s of peanut butter pies for our family, neighbors, church suppers, and more. They are always so good. Your grocery store is like our Shady Maple in Blue Ball Pennsylvania. Yes, Walnut Creek is the best. Great video.

What a coincidence as I just bought some chicken drumsticks at the grocery store this morning as I was hungry for them. Came home to take a lunch break and here you are making 2 different recipes using drumsticks. Also loved your different way of making peanut butter pie with just regular instant pudding. That is one of my husband's favorite pies but I don't like making cooked puddings. Thanks for sharing your meal ideas!!!

Everything looks absolutely delicious and satisfying. I saw an easy recipe a few years ago of a riff on twice baked--slicing potatoes (with or without skin) the long way and layering them in an oven-safe pan with cooked, crumbled or diced, bacon and shredded cheddar between layers like you would put on the twice-baked potatoes. You can also put chopped green onion but it overcooked so I put it on after baking the second time. Bake the potato slices around 45 minutes at 350°. I'm guessing, depending how many layers, because I cook for one and do two potatoes in an 8x11 pan so I know what to do for my own. It doesn't take long because the potatoe slices are thin. Then top with sour cream and anything else, if desired. I cut across the length to serve, but you can try to get planks.

Well i definitely want to try those poor man steaks, they look amazing! I use sour cream, butter, can milk and mayo in my cream potatoes. I have to try the cream cheese next time. And I'd love to try the butter Too.. "Mash taters" is one of my husbands all time favorite things to eat😊 If i can make anything with peanut butter, my husband will love it! He loves peanut butter anything! I'm not to big on it myself, but that pie looks so delicious😋 And i do love a cream pie! Bradenton is only about an hour from where we're staying with my son! I didn't realize Sarasota is only a little over an hour from here in Zephyrhills! Oh Wow..i actually went to their store down in Naples, i think? My son took us last summer, its amazing! The best fruit & homemade Ice cream. The one we went to they have a place in back where you pick out any meat & they cook it, then you get your sides. We did steaks, it was so good! But I remember my son telling us the story of how he started out! Amazing story too! I'm definitely going to let
my son know this location is now open!! I'm sure we'll be visiting! We bought A melon from there that was super yummy, can't find it anywhere else, and don't remember the name🫤 Back where we live in Tennessee there's an Amish community just a mile from us & they have a big produce market that we love to buy our veggies and jellies from.. our favorite I'd the pepper jelly, its sooo good! I've been to the Amish country in Ohio, stayed in a cabin in the mountain there owned by an Amish family, the women cooked for us, Amish food is amazing! We were on A hunting trip. We also went to all the shops. We had to take the man to his house one evening, its beautiful there! We love chicken marinated in Italian dressing😋 Mmm the chicken recipes looks sooo good🤤 I really did enjoy, so glad i found found out that store was opened! TFS😊

I sprayed cooking spray on top. It helps them not to boil over as easily

Those mashed potatoes are the best, hands down! I make them anytime we have mashed potatoes and I use my instant pot to cook the potatoes. :) They also freeze really well! I'll be trying that peanut butter pie this week. Thank you, Lynette!

Hi Lynette. Great video. Thanks for sharing with us your recipes. Everything looks delicious. I hope your bruise on ur eye gets better. Cuz my bruising on my eyes didn't go away and now I look like a raccoon for real. I wear glasses for awhile no one knew now everyone can see it. Have a great and blessed week and May God continue to bless you and your family.

I use the Achiote paste to make a Mexican dish called Cochinita Pibil, very tasty. I will have to try your chicken recipe.
