good review and looks like simple devices to operate. I know you did not specifically make a recommendation but is it a product that you could recommend

Yes, they can be updated as firmware is released. However, I would defer to the manufacturer for support timelines.

Thanks Josh, I was curious about the sign-in experience so this really showed how easy that is!
On another note, how do these phones pair with a PC where you want to use the phone (C470HD) for audio, but still use your PC and webcam for video? Is there a way to do that, or does this device only allow making calls and joining meetings as audio-only? Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, you can actually add the phone as your audio device in the Microsoft Teams client buy pairing it with Bluetooth. That way, like you said, the phone is your audio device, while your pc is used for video/content.

@@ExpertOfThings oh sweet! I remember in old Lync/SFB days there was a "BTOE" (better together over ethernet?) option for some Polycom phone models, IIRC. I didn't know if that survived into the Teams phone ecosystem. Is that option suported basically on any certified Teams phone that has bluetooth capabilities, or is that a case-by-case thing? I just got phone system, so I'm shopping around a bit on best hardware phones/capabilities. :) Thanks again!

@@c016smith52 not sure that all certified for Teams IP phones have that capability yet - I would check each device's product page to verify. It definitely was not a carry-over; it is a recent capability to come through. I saw the capability listed on AudioCode's C470HD product page...

I'm guessing you meant to say Zoom here? I am actually unsure about that. I would refer to Zoom's site for supported solutions.

      Microsoft Intune.

@@ExpertOfThings does it automatically do that because it’s built into firmware. We don’t use intune. Do we need to? To get past this screen?

@@gtrasi If you want to manage the device via endpoint manager, then intune license will be needed, else these devices can be managed from Teams admin center without Intune license
