Incredible! Take me here right away! It's hard to believe this is in Mumbai. The meticulous care given to every corner of the house reflects the love invested in each brick!
It is situated in Haunted part of the city. Some of the building constructed are facing legal issue from BMC. Including 5 star hotel. Coz 29 crore bunglow in the Mumbai is just not possible & with the garden, space it should be around 200 cr+.

Wow.....is it really so close to the Airport and Powai. This is like living in Karjat yet being in the heart of Mumbai . Awesome .....loved the House and the entire touch and feel.

Loved the property shown in this video. However, a feedback- can you please change your cameraman or either let him take a few lessons. The camera is moved so quickly around a specific area that it feels rushed and dizzy to look at. For some reason the cameraman is always focusing on the presenter while the property is the actual focus of the video. More time should be spent showing the property and its rooms instead of quickly turning the camera around a room and instead of showing the presenter in 80% of the video. Thanks if you implement this feedback and take it positively.

Location, nestled around the trees, plants and otherwise layout of the bungalow is great. However I find the asking price very high & out of line w.r.t. competition or what my money can buy otherwise in town. Just my thoughts...
For 29crores,I would like a biggg lawn infront of my house so I can take a long nice walk inside my house and I would also like to have my own swimming pool and there should also be a big balcony outside each bedroom.
