Driving Range Good Driver Hits (High Handicap)

So this video is kind of just for my future reference. This is where I am at with my driver today with no lessons/fittings/etc. These are the good shots and they range from 200-250 yards. There are tons of issues with my swing that I will list below.

Grip is too strong with incorrect finger placement.
Uncontrolled takeaway.
Coming down too steep/ over the top.
Not enough leg/hip/chest rotation.
Feet are not planted/grounded.
No weight transfer - causing me to hit the mat behind the ball.
Dispersion is okay, but not controlled.
