Hey, Great job young man. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻 I’ve seen some of these builds and have thought of building some for our grandkids. I’d like to say from one fab guy to another, your fab work is spot on. Pretty cool of ya. I know my 12 y/o loves his 150cc buggy after I jacked it up on 23 inch tires and hopped the engine up.
For the sides I'd suggest some ABS or foamed PVC panels. That way ya aint gotta mess with fiberglass and they will be light. Both are easily cut and can be formed with just a heat gun.
If anyone can knock one of these power wheel builds out in a few episodes, it'll definitely be you. You're a talented kid and I enjoy what you do. Keep it up man!

From one fabricator to another. Might wanna just tac everything together. Will make it harder to Wharp and throw all your messurments off. Taking the time to weld it slowly at the end will help with a better product. Keep up the awesome work. Cant wait to see you get back at the buggy.
I agree 100%. And that has happened to me a few times. I seen some gaps and instinctually you want to weld those up. But I have to keep reminding myself to stop. hopefully will have the vid of buggy after I finish this

Dope build for your sis, I wouldn't use fibreglass on that plastic body when filling in the gap it will crack way to easy. I would use the scrap pieces you cut from the floor or some of the thick plastic diamond platings from home depot or lowes one side is smooth to fill in the gap, the other side to dress up the top of the bed it's pretty cheap :)

Maybe build a 1/2 scale VW Beetle drag car and make your molds for the body and have it maybe pass tech at strip and race it. Depending on size and engine choice it could race bikes or the jr dragsters.
