Ciao Dave, I also saw this house. What a deal to have all fees and furniture included, it would be good for an air B&B, or even a single person's home. I like the house. Thanks for showing it.
What are the annual property taxes on this home? How about utility costs per month (water, gas electricity & heating bills) ? Are the taxes higher for foreigners? Do we need to be resident of Italy to be able to purchase or not? Thank you
What does today’s kitchen need? An air fryer, a microwave, a “hot plate” of a burner or two, a fridge, a freezer, a sink, and a dishwasher. Then, keep the kitchen clean when there are guests, and eat out. Very little room is needed.😉🤭😯
It's in a small town, and it's VERY small and doesn't even have a balcony or terrace. I'm guessing the interior doesn't get much daylight. Cute, but not for everyone.
Best guess is the dudes backed out when they got the engineers report, or discovered they couldnt move there. It is a very old property, and they are expensive to maintain. Very much like the UK, if its a listed building, it does look good, but very expensive. Anyway, back on the market...but do your homework before taking the plunge. These properties are cheap for a reason....you just got to find out WHY.....
I was trying to find it on google earth street view….but no luck, must be on one of the streets not mapped by street view. Did find the cute little fountain and Nerocaffe, however.
hey dave, am coming to tuscany in early jan and looking for a small house in tuscany (50 m2?), walking distance to a main train station and walking distance to shops under 60K...can you help me?
That's going to depend on your lifestyle and the size of your household. He can't just give you an itemized list of what your expenses will be, lol. Especially if you have specific restrictions, i.e. you can't drive, you must eat organic and no soy, you have 500 kids, etc
They did a beautiful job renovating it. The price is amazing for it!
It's darling, I love it! I would replace the front door only to add more light.
Absolutely beautiful
I remember the initial video on this home….it is stunning; albeit a bit small. For a holiday home or short term rental, it would be fantastic.
Perfect for me. ❤
I loved it before. I love it now.😊

I've been stalking your website. I see this property is back on the market again for the 3td time? Maybe do an updated video?

Thank you
No, you do not need to be a resident to purchase. You just can't stay long-term. But if it's a vacation home, then it doesn't matter.
Is it true Canadians can’t buy in Italy ? As part of reciprocal laws ?
Piękny domek
Needs white walls to brighten the space since not many windows.
As soon as you said it. it was sold, again!!! Apparently I cant type fast enough! oh well, on to the next!

If I bought this property I’d get rid of all those antlers! 😳 I have to say first time seeing a great staircase. Does it come with furniture?
You're right - Antlers out!
Sometimes the properties will come with furniture -- especially the larger pieces that could not be sold or are harder to move.

Wow, why such a cheap price? You can’t get a shed in Orlando, Florida for that price🤔
