He ACUALLY tries to conqure the world. you don't want to release "god of destruction" water monster, Laser from station that can destroy half of the moon while not at its full power which later would crash into Earth destroying it, "Flames of disaster", Darkness from core of the earth called Dark Gaia, "Time Eater", Zeti and something like Phantom Ruby and that's just mainline 3D games.
