mam I tried the samosas today..it was tasty but become a nit crispy not soft as that we found in the market...maine pehle bhi banaya tha tab moyan jyaada tha ache the par ab moyan kam hone ke karan crispy aur ander se kam sike sndar se white reh gaye...what to do ..pure 2 hrs lad gaye aur sab zyaada khush bui nahi hua...sorry a bit disappointed. ...dough jab ham belte hain to patla hona chahiye kya..aur colour fry karne ke baad brown ho gaya not golden...hysband saya..market se 10 rs ke le aata..tym yuhi pareshaan hui...oh mam plz help where I was wrong...
