My hair would not look like that if I left it to dry naturally; it would somehow manage to be both both flat and frizzy on the top of my head and then absolutely huge at the ends. Great concept though!
It is such a shame that the Newave CurlEasy Pro Plastic double prong twirling brushes are no longer manufactured. Those were the most wonderful wonderful tools to help shape the hair as it dries naturally and I would often twist my hair around them leisurely as it dried and then use the end to lift the roots. They were such a marvelous creation. They’re sort of like the Roll N Go hair tool for victory rolls, but one end was solid a long narrow handle and it was a more rigid plastic. They used to be sold for about five dollar at Sally beauty supply but the manufacturer themselves quit producing it and even the company they got it from in China originally no longer cared to make it either....
If I twist my hair wet it falls completely straight again. I don't see how any of these air dry products would work for naturally straight haired girls. Seems like a lot of time and effort for a no effort look?!
People with thin fine hair frequently get a better style without heat. Lift sections into a style and air dry them. You make time to do it because it looks so much fuller.

I can only try this after I've had a keratin treatment otherwise my hair is a mess of frizz and uneven waves.
