Thank you so much. You are probably aware this is the first phase of two. Phase two was to be an office block connected by a podium. Salboy apparently have asked for revised plans, grade A office space is important, though due to more working from home they wanted it to be another residential tower. Aware that they might be getting neighbours? Vision on Whitworth Street West is due to start "in the coming weeks" also proposals for a tower next to the Britons Protection with a mural of "Peterloo".

Has it blocked the view for those in the Hilton tower?

I’m not really sure. I think the way they are positioned they only get a view of each other through the side. There are two towers planned to be built. The other one hasn’t been started yet.

@@jonldronevideos gosh I feel sorry for the people who have brought an apartment and now their views will be blocked. Manchester sunsets are amazing when you have a clear view.
