🔹English Heritage object to Viadux2. Does this mean the end of viability for the 23 storey Affordable tower too?
🔹MMU object to Percy Brothers Hotspur Press scheme on the grounds that only 6% of properties are affordable. Surely 6% being better than 0.% and staying derelict for another 20 years.
🔹The Vision site in shot, on Whitworth Street West, despite having groundwork completed, in this iteration may not be arrive as alledgely it's in receivership.
