that's what I thought at first too, but no, after a lot of reading, apparent they happened in the same universe. thats why in gta online you can choose to be related to 3d universe characters as a background story, leone's mansion appeared in GTA IV, same as grove street, etc, etc. The same events in 3d universe still happened in HD universe. but because of the "remade" cities, we can just say it happened in a slightly different way. it was probably "remade" too behind the scenes.
Good video, but there is an easier way to pass the stronghold of the crack. Just throwing molotov cocktails (with 12 Firefighter missions completed, of course) This also works for Big Smoke. Maybe it not always works but helps a lot.
In this mission i recommend using the lock on setting because there's hidden enemies but if your on a pc its a little bit hard since there's no lock on but its easy to fire while aiming
This was such a good final mission. Sure it looks outdated now, but back then.. This was wow. This was a great end to the 3D Universe. One day Rockstar should continue the continuity of this Universe showing all the old characters, CJ, Claude and Tommy.
