I am Daramola Temitope Olufemi and working with G4S LLC,UAE as a security guard and have attended the training on 5th of june 2023 and enlightened more about my rights and obligations and my employer rights and obligations.
The video is the best to watch as to be informed and exposed to law guiding employment contracts.

I was make complain after i lose my job and from 6 month i survive at home without pay
Moral : i learn don't go against company

That's awesome strategy but many companies doesn't follow the rules.i think that government should make strong low for both.which would be better for employees...
