      Dim isnt an estrogen inhibitor. It is an anti-androgen. It displaces testosterone and keeps it from binding to receptors. While it exerts estrogenic effects on the receptors. So it is quite literally feminizing you. If you want a real anti-estrogen tongkat ali. Keep in mind tongkat can cause anxiety in some people.

      Phytoestrogens provides the beneficial effects of estrogen. Make sure that you are digesting it, so try some digestive enzymes.
      Also the symptoms you are getting is not necessarily from low estrogen. Estrogen seems to masks and prevent some diseases from toxins exposure. So your symptoms are from toxins exposure. Estrogen seems beneficial for heavy metals like mercury. But testosterone turns into estrogen so you might have chemicals exposure too like mold and pcbs which is lowering your estrogen level.

    Aromatase inhibitors can also cause hormonal imbalance and inflammation, and they often do. Without proper estrogen levels you lose your libido and might start feeling lethargic, then there is the hormonal acne etc, a myriad of problems. We need aromatase, and we certainly need estrogen. I would only use these if there is an excess of estrogen, which, fair enough, is the situation for most men in the modern world. You should probably concentrate on fixing the root cause.

      Keto diet, low carb. Burn fat for energy. Cancers use glucose for energy, & carbs are turned by the body into glucose energy. Or, you could save weight loss until after you are healed. Honey, yessss. We so underestimate the value and preciousness of honey (inside or topical, it's incomparably healing for the bod). I thought it was kind of funny that you used getting rid of bees as an example, ha (then later promoting eating honey). I'm sure it was just a mindless thing, but still the contradiction is interesting. And I wonder how many people caught it. So many (especially really young people) just don't seem to connect the dots. Like not worrying about taking care of our farms/farmers, as long as there are plenty of grocery stores, lol ;-) Oh, another thing that made me wince a bit was your advice to "get it concentrated." In my view, someone who very much trusts and loves nature (sure as hell over the white coat profiteers), when you go against nature like that (thinking humans know best, ha), you're invariably taking a big risk. Nature knows what she's doing. And all you have to do is look at the state of our world and health of our people (mental and physical) to realize that humans, not so much.

    • @Eman_Puedama
      @Eman_Puedama ปีที่แล้ว +5

      That's where men typically put on fat. Women, on average, have more fat, but it's distributed differently- around the hips, for instance. So, I see what you're saying, and in a way it's true, just not for men. An excess of estrogen will lead men to put weight on where they naturally tend to store fat. That seems to make sense to me anyway. I'm not claiming to be an expert.

    • @bravowhiskey4684
      @bravowhiskey4684 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      It’s not so much about exogenous estrogen (from soy, beer, environment, etc.) as it is about the ratio of test to est. As men age, testosterone levels decline and thus the imbalance of the two can result in weight gain, body fat increases, cardiovascular health problems, balding, and other typical male aging signs.
      Estrogen is very complex, having 3 chemical forms. E2 (Estradiol) is responsible for the health of reproductive organ tissues in females, as well as bone density. In males, elevated e2 levels can lead to low sperm counts and infertility. Aromatase inhibitors like the ones discussed here can prevent creation of e2. So the use of these compounds might be far more critical for men than women, and it is possible that over-exposure could be harmful for women since e2 is very important in preventing aging, infertility, and osteoporosis.

They are getting wayyy better about carrying organic and cleaner brands as time goes on.
    I would minimize use of flavenoids. Several of them actually damage the leydig cells in the testis, like quercetin. There is clinical research done in humans showing that. I would steer clear of all flavenoids in concentrated doses. I would never take them as supplements. I think the amount we get through foods would have minimal effect of the body. So far the best anti estrogen that is naturally occurring is tongkat ali. However i dont like that one personally, it gives me extreme anxiety.

  • @musuyanguba4226
    @musuyanguba4226 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I think this is wrong. We should not be inhibiting natural processes in the body. This is a conventional medicine method.
    We need estrogen. There are no negative to estrogen or other hormones that our body creates. Even the estrogen from foods. If you can properly digest phytoestrogens, there are no negative side effects.
    The problem lies with synthetic chemicals that mimic estrogen and other hormones. When people take about hormonal problems, they are actually talking about low levels of that hormones and not feeling it’s beneficial effects which most of the time is masking symptoms of toxicity or feeling feeling symptoms from these toxins that are taking the places of natural hormones in natural body processes.
    I don’t think we should be advocating stopping any natural human body process, but figuring out what went wrong. In this case, it’s not aromatase. I feel like if you stop the process all together, the lack of estrogen will result in really bad side effects like neurological diseases.
    The natural substances in the video detox those chemicals that mimic estrogen, I don’t think they inhibit aromatase. I know I used to drink kale juice for pms not because it lowers estrogen cuz if you think about it, this is the time of the month when our estrogen level is low. Kale works for PMD because it binds to chemicals like mycotoxins (mold) which actually affect our hormones especially testosterone.

    Women who have been skinny or slim all their life only get fat when they lose Oestrogen during pre-menopause and menopause. So the info you''ve presented contradicts.
