San Francisco is one of the most expensive places to live in the US! Where are you currently living and what does your rent look like? ✨

Fresno, California and I live in a 3bd house for $1,420. Rent in fresno is getting higher, an apt in a nice area goes for 1,000 while rent can be as low as $800. I definitely suggest buying a home!

I live in Sacramento and was in San Francisco just yesterday for the fire work show and an average house here is around $2,000 your lucky if it’s cheaper

I know I always guessed it was kinda like what I saw on Full House.
But seriously I saw my family friend’s apartment when he lived in the Mission District. One thing I found kinda odd was that the two bathrooms were next door to each other.

Hii! Okayy. We were considering to get a Victorian house that’s 7 min walking distance to my fiancé’s workplace. We’ll check the stairs (for grocery and furnitures), creaky floors and windows (also upstairs). The thing about the insulation, we may have to reconsider getting a Victorian house. We have a 3k/month budget. But I’ll definitely get those tables that slide up! Thank youuu.
I love your design and those windows. Will also try to have a color scheme.. if there’s budget left for it! 😂

i currently live in a victorian near the painted ladies and i disagree w the parking part! yes sometimes it's difficult but once you circle the block two or three times, someone is always leaving. Additionally, Alamo Square is my favorite park in San Francisco and I feel so lucky to live close by :)

OMG! $4,000 a month in someone else's pocket?? In my humble opinion, I taught my children never ever rent, stay home and save until you have a nice down payment for your starter home. Renting is just throwing your hard earned money away. I really do not understand this generation, it seems like they want to make their lives extra hard? Anyway, I do hope my children take me up on my offer but who knows right they just might want to rent like you guys?
