I love athletic trainers. They dont get enough affection I feel, all they want to see is you succeed and people forget about them like they were nothing. As if they didnt make you
since you decided to show us your workout routine as a volleyball player i was wondering if you could also show us what you eat on and off season, because i’m also a player and sometimes i’m like “okay i’ve been training super hard so i might as well stuff my face with chocolate if that’s what i feel like doing” and i get stuck in this eternal loop and then it’s super hard to get back to my normal healthy habits lol
Im pretty sure usc specializes in sports scholarships and people who want to be professional athletes so most colleges dont have most of this at their disposal and maybe just have a normal gym with your usual equipment but yeah it is alot lol

This is sooo cool. I’m a JuCo D1 Volleyball player (from Germany playing in the US) currently on summer break and this really got me motivated for our workouts we have to do at home!
it's cool to see that mid major schools like the one I go to for basketball are doing similar workouts/practice stuff as power 5 schools, the big difference is the facilities! USC looks unreal, really liked the video!

Your "out of shape" legs are in ridiculously good shape. I'm a recreational player who came to the game REALLY late (40), and I got tired just watching the first 10 minutes of this LOL. Your overhead plate crunches made me cry. Been struggling with some patella-femoral pain syndrome lately which has really limited my leg workouts, but I got some great ideas for PT moves from this.
Omg, I was never apart of a division 1 team, this looks so much fun! I wish I had the motivation to do this that way i can better myself. This is truly an inspiration, and hopefully ill be as fit as you!!

I was a d1 athlete at my school and we also pretty intense workouts like this. We also were only allowed to wear our school colors in the student-athlete gym
Hey great video! Just one question; I was interested in posting videos about D1 athletics for soccer because there aren’t many resources out there that accurately represent the life of student athletes. Only thing I’m concerned about is NCAA. How were you able to maneuver around all the frustrating rules, regarding posting.
I felt that with the running back to get the tripod. We have to wear pants to warm up at practice, and I forgot them. I was chilling and foam rolling at the track when I realized I forgot them, so I had to run back to my dorm and then back to the track. I made it in time for practice, but that warm up was a little harder than usual

Okay so I went to an NAIA school so we didn’t have a lift coach & our lifts were the same the entire time & we never stretched or cooled down. I absolutely LOVED this lift! I’m defs going to incorporate it into my workout schedule. I have a couple questions though: Do your workouts change from preseason to season to post season? And how many times a week would you lift and or condition outside of practice?
Track and field athlete myself. . Hurdler actually.. like how you did them hurdle drills 😉 .. think I'm gonna do this workout for my athlete @ home lockdown
That was an excellent effort. I am recovering from having total knee replacements on both legs. I need to step my game up. I thought I was doing something. Apparently I was slacking.
I'm in love with this workout and how hard you work! Absolutely awesome. But, just to let you know, that stretch with your bent knee behind you and your opposite leg straight can actually be very bad for your knee. With that said, I know that you had a professional and he definitely knows what he is talking about. I am in no way trying to say that he is wrong, I just want to make sure you don't get hurt. Keep up the grind! 😊💜
