Hi Mohsen! You can always stitch around the edge with your sewing machine and make sure to backstitch so nothing comes un done. I've also seen an iron on ribbon that some people have used on the edges of their bowl covers as well! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for watching!! I basically just based it off of every bowl that I was making it for! So it just depends, about 2 inches is usually enough to have a good amount of ruffle around the edge though! :)
Love these, been thinking of making some. Thank you sweetie; take care. I look forward to your other projects.
Thanks so useful couldnt find a serger video making bowl covers 😊
Adorable!
Love it!!! Can't wait to try it!
Wow this is very useful 👍💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Thanks for watching!
Do you have a serger attachment for your sewing machine or a separate serger machine ? Can you link what you use please ?
Idk how I missed your comment so sorry! I have two separate machines one is a serger and one sewing machine. I have the Brother 1034 Serger 😊
My gosh, these are extra cute! How can I seal the edges without the serger attachment?

@@bekahfrisch Thanks! Ironing is tricky though as it is a round shape, I made it with unsealed edges, and it looks kind of cool :)
In large bowel it doesn't look like u sew it by the serger stitch. How far did u sew the elastic from serger stitch

What kind of fabric is good?
100% cotton or 100% linen.
Did you use cotton fabric? Or a blend? Does it matter?
I use cotton fabric! Cheap and easy to find in fat quarters!
Do you know about how much elastic you used
I would suggest folding in quarter and just doing one rounded edge, much faster!
With the serger I have to go around the entire round or else it will surge it together while folded! haha! thanks for watching!!
