We thought why not try and push that number even lower since people in California want more Affordability.
In this video, we take you on a short drive up Highway 99 toward an up-and-coming community in Plumas Lake. These new construction homes are priced in the Low $400s with large lots and builder incentives to help buy down the interest rate and keep that payment low.

FYI Funding for the high school in Plumas Lake has been voted down multiple times so I wouldn't anticipate anything soon. As of right now, the kids in that community are using what was originally intended to be an elementary school as their middle school.

I’m relocating and I’ve been looking at suburbs of Sacramento. I’m glad to hear about this location and the first house would be an ideal one for me. The prices are great and all beautiful with big yards. Btw are there any hospitals in the area? TY for the house tour.

Thanks for watching, the community is still growing so they’re still in the process of getting amenities. There are hospitals in both Sacramento and Yuba City. The drive to Sacramento is about 30 minutes and the drive to Yuba City is about 16 min. If you ever want to hop on a quick call we can always chat and learn a little more about your goals

As a Sacramentan native & raised there for 30+ years since *from birth* with pride (lived in Arden Town - Eastern Avenue/Fair Oaks Blvd/Arden Way area in the 1970s/1980s/1990s til 2000ish but we had another house by CSUS (aka "Sacramento State", ugh!) which we just sold two years ago (before they raised home price everywhere nationwide thank to C19 Pandemic!), more than half of my large clan left the Greater Sacramento Region (even tho I didnt want to.. had no choice! I miss SAC area so much!). I do NOT care anyone talking negatively towards SAC or CALIFORNIA, there is CONs and PROs everywhere else!!!! Silly them!! I had to click "thumb-down" on this one because such constructions destroying farmlands in world's soil-rich 500-mile Central Valley (two "sub-valleys": 200-mile Sacramento Valley & 300-mile San Joaquin Valley).
