I have been watching a lot of Jitendra sir's videos on youtube & insta content as well as reading all msgs in his channel for a while now. It's wonderful to see how sorted the person is and that he actually knows what he is talking about. Even, though a lot of people try to criticize him with their half knowledge but he always defends them politely with data. No wonder he talked about all 4 pillars of fitness. This only shows he is genuine and not trying to manipulate in any way.

You recommend same diet for long time. Isn't it wrong given changing season requires to change vegetable and fruits. Doesn't variety of food required to fulfil micro nutrients.?
