how do I gett the point of focus back for stuff like rotating? Were we used to be able to move that point of focus to change were the image rotates around. being forced to rotate from the center of the selection is really slowing down my process.

So how can you free transform multiple layers at once? And how can you turn off facial recognition options? I try to alter some sketches to some faces I draw, but when I try to movemy selection, I can normally only move it to the original position or it snaps to Photoshop's suggested position and I can't go anywhere else.

nobody is gonna talk about the point at the center of the object in free transform that you could move before 2019 to make the object rotate AROUND the point, and not anymore by its center ?

When I try to skew grabbing the corners, it does the same thing as it would if I skewed grabbing the node in the middle. Why could this be? I can only move sides proportionally for some reason.
Thank you! Why oh why do they have to make these changes? So they made "free transform" just like transform. I don't need two things that do the same thing. I"m going to have to remember to hold down the shift key. Photoshop is a pain in the A. I miss the day when I could get pirated copies not only because they were free but also because I could use my program for years without annoying yearly changes.
Is there a way to resize the transform tool box itself? Sometimes when I import a photo, the transform tool box is incredibly larger than the image itself making it difficult to get hold of the corners while scaling.

I have a question: I am trying to figure out a way of putting a shape like a print on a hand. But it looks fake. I wanted to distort it with a mouse movement somehow to be able to make the shape follow the deep lines on the hand more naturally. Like when it is a deep carved line on the hand that my shape goes "into" that deep carving as well, do you know what I mean? Do you have any idea, how I can get this result?Thank you for any advice. I highly appreciate it.
The fixed proportion by default behavior is now different to Illustrator. Workflow typically switches between Illustrator and Photoshop. So now the two softwares don't behave the same anymore. This new behavior is not helpful at all.
I figured out how to revert back to the original behavior. Click on ‘Edit’ ‘Preferences’ ‘General’ then check the box that says ‘Use legacy transform’. Hope that helps.
I have a problem..... once the element is selected, I transform it 1 time, and as soon as I release it, I can no longer transform it again. Every time to "unlock" I have to click Enter. But I couldn't solve it
hey, i have a question... i am working with an image that has 6 corners. i need the 4 outside corners (top and bottom) to match up with another image that has 6 corners - i tried using distort and skew, but then the last two corners (in the middle top and bottom) and up going outside of the art board i am working in... not sure how to fix this... would you be able to help me with this? thank you.

in the free transform, you didn't mention the center anchor point on the rotate tool everyone doesn't want to rotation for the center

IDK but the Skew option on my Ps doesn't work like you did here. Somehow It keeps the proportions On. I can't Skew the points individually.
